Rates are generally cheaper in Europe than the US.
The typical incall rate in London in my experience is £200 (~$270) with some guys now moving toward £250.  Some very high-regarded, porn famous, or with a lot to offer ask for £300 or more.
Outcalls, almost everyone asks for £50 on top of the incall rate and you to send an Uber to transport them to the location.

In the last year I’ve hired incalls for between £180 and £250.  My sense is that most guys are at £200 for incalls.  If you’re asking for an outcall, some may ask for an additional £50.

It’s pretty clear from his vids that hungskater is not 240 lbs.

I have to agree with the general point here. One of my frustrations of being a member here is the frequency with which other clients tear apart providers' looks. 
Regardless of what we all look like IRL, we stay anonymous here. I can tell you all that I'm an attractive guy, but you don't have 20 pictures of me to examine and pick apart. Yet lots of guys on here are really harsh about the appearance of providers. 
It's just unnecessary. And you would not say any of this to their faces. So stop it.
