I joined the Amazon Dekkoo Channel but canceled after a year. If I ever join again it will be directly on the Dekkoo Website
Will not join any more Amazon channels.

I lived down there after college and remember the oppressive heat and humidity during the summer, compared to where I came from in the Midwest.
That said, it might not be quite as hot as Houston. 😊
Georgia isn't on my list of places to move back to, but I've learned to never say never.

I definitely believe in the value of a diverse team.
I owe a lot to lesbians. A whole lot. Both at work and financially.
That a candidate might be judged for being lesbian would worry me, of course.

Where do you usually stay?
Santiago. Has a friendly crowd.
I stay at The Hacienda at Warm Sands when I feel like splurging. Met some interesting guys there.

The two places I stay in PS are super friendly. Helps make the stay even better. Sorry to hear how you were treated.

Turn on your local Fox sports now! Yankees vs. White Sox @ the Field of Dreams, in Dyersville, IA.
Beautiful setting.

Who didn't love Aunt Butch?
I wanted more scenes with Margo Martindale and Lois Smith.

I’m praying Nebraska ends the streak this year against the Hawkeyes.
Nebraska and Iowa football fans remind me of each other. Nuff said!

Nice moving to the Big 10, they have been dreadful. Each year for the last 3 years, they have been ranked in the Top 25 or close during the preseason polls and then they either lose or nearly lose to a vastly overmatched small league team. From there, it has been downhill. I hope to see some improvement this year but I need to see it to believe it.
Overrated team for me is usually Florida or Florida State.
Some are predicting Texas will see their football fortunes fall going to the SEC in the same way Nebraska has achieved much less in the Big 10 vs. the old days.
I lived in Omaha during the good old days. I have to wonder how their fans are reacting now to an underachieving program. Not well I expect.
Let's see what Texas does in the SEC.

I think each season’s action is meant to have taken place over a week or so, with new guests each season. So by this season finale we’ll probably know who’s flying freight.
The first ep Shane’s behavior made it seem like Rachel is the one in the box, but my entire life’s experiences made it seem like I’d never see a hot and funny rimjob as a crucial plot turn…And what fun it would have been to be the person with this job on set that day.
I'm nearly convinced Rachel just took a break from or split with Shane.
Perhaps Armond will expire from too much partying.
Murder doesn't seem likely to me at this point. But I'm totally guessing. i don't know.2 hours ago, WilliamM said:Did who did not watch initially really think it would be more tight and focused?
I keep thinking how The White Lotus is lacking a lot of what Big Little Lies had, big budget actors and a more compelling a story.

The first epi tells us someone goes home in a box. By the end we'll learn who it is, or not.
I always like Molly Shannon.
Murray Bartlett had some of the best lines.

I assumed the women's attire was for ratings. Do the skimpy bikinis actually help performance?

THE WIRE on my list, SIX FEET UNDER never missed an episode in original HBO run. I did have time for that one - working weekends and evenings then did not provide a lot of TV time. Like I said, I am decades behind. I avoided by choice a few wildly popular ones like GOT. Thx for tip on Hap and Leonard
Finished 1st epi of The Great. Pretty good. I like Nicholas Hoult.
Quite a different role from Tolkien.

I never saw her perform live. Is it fair to say not many of us have?
I did see Buyer and Cellar 4 times, so there's that. 😁
This, from her upcoming release of material in August, sounds so beautiful.

Our local PBS aired a rerun of Billy Strings performance on Blues Underground tonight.
I found this video from the show, but there was another piece where he really cooked. He looked kinda purdy too.😍
I did a little Googling and learned he won the 2021 Grammy for bluegrass album. Most of his current tour is sold out, including LA.

Re FLEABAG- I think it’s done. The arc has played out with a satisfying ending for most, and especially for PWB.
I too love Mrs Maisel, but don’t feel I’ve been left hanging off a cliff like OZARK and DEAD TO ME. I’d watch Maisel again, but am really liking HACKS and its less nostalgic take on women in comedy. I got into Hulu THE GREAT and would watch that again. BRIDGERTON, probably not. Seriously, I’m decades behind most TV viewers. I hear THE SOPRANOS is supposed to be good, and am thinking of trying that.I'm not up to speed on Hacks, The Great or Dead to Me. I'll check into those.
Hap and Leonard on Netflix is interesting.
The Sopranos was in a class by itself IMO.
If you are going back that far,
Six Feet Under is awesome
and
The Wire is considered one of the better TV dramas ever. However it can be a little raw for some people.

The New Yorker piece on The White Lotus was very kind. Perhaps no surprise some are hooked on the show.
Tomorrow night we'll find out what happened.
....In the meantime here's "Greg and Tanya's" theme. 😉
