I've never asked a masseur for a kiss, but I wouldn't turn one away either.

As a novice in  erotic massage protocols, I don't have an answer yet, but hope to find out. I do appreciate the the OP for posing the question and the various responders for sharing their thoughts and experience. I have an appointment for a 90 min. Erotic massage this week.
My #1 besides the massage is his cock in my mouth, but I'll enjoy whatever. Wish me luck.

Most clients don’t seem to want to kiss. It’s very intimate and wouldn’t be part of 90% of the massage.
I think for the majority of my clients they’re looking for a great massage that slowly builds up the sexual tension. If you do that right then some clients can be so turned on by the end that they do want to kiss.
If I think he’s looking to kiss I will work my way up his torso kissing the nipples, neck, and then ear before whispering “do you like to kiss?”. That usually results in him turning his head to kiss or turning away if not. He’s in control that way.

    A sucking? Sure lol
kissing is more intimate in my opinion.

edit: I will say though that I prefer a massage first and foremost and if the masseur starts pushing more erotic/intimate movements on me within 10-15 mins I usually just cum, leave, and don’t return. It separates the men from the boys in terms of a proper massage service. Keep me on the edge of the table for 55 minutes then make me cum. Don’t turn it into an escort session.

I would find that uncomfortable. I’d be afraid of lingering resentment and being in a queue of “economy class”.

I've sent a deposit once and the guy scammed. Twice I paid before services rendered. The first, promptly told me, right after I gave him 300, that that was only for his company and even a massage would be extra. The second, I paid a masseur for three sessions in advance. After the first session he was always to busy to find time.
The lesson, when you give over your leverage you lose all power and are then at the mercy of the provider; many of whom aren't exactly forthright.
    NEVER PAY A DEPOSIT!

I will not pay a deposit. If a provider requires one, then I move on and hire a provider who doesn't. If a provider finds that deposits work for them, that's great. But I won't send a deposit to someone I've never met with no independent way to recoup my offering if the meeting doesn't occur.

    Life lesson:
Men, in general are shallow and critical on appearance. And being in a group that’s exclusive to men (the “G” in LGBTQ), it’s going to amplify it.

Whether it’s your level of femininity/masculinity, skin color, race, hair color, eye color, body size, body shape, economic status, intellectual acumen, age, zip code, car type, profession, political affiliation, or style of dress, someone is going to be a cruel critic.
    1.) Grow a thick skin
2.) ruthlessly defend yourself to those who insult you to your face
    3.) ignore & block haters/critics online
    ……and live your best life.

I can understand crashing after a long trip. But once the client couldn't do the later time, the provider should have returned the deposit. The deposit is the client locking in that time. If the client can't make it, the deposit is forfeited. If the provider can't, it should be returned.

To get back to the OP, and I’m not sure if I even responded, but I’m not going back 10 pages to see.

I’m in between on this issue. I am a top yet rarely do anal anyway. If I’m hiring a “straight” guy, to me that means the only interaction we’ll have is me blowing him. Rarely does that interest me unless there’s another niche involved, such as muscle worship or a different kind of fetish. Though admittedly I’m ok with that with certain providers.

On the other hand, if I hire a bi or gay provider, I can and do expect more interaction.

Finally, somebody said it! THANK YOU!!! For so many years they told us they weren't gay or lesbian, just "born in the wrong body". We tolerated them in all our clubs and venues for we felt they had no place to of their own and many if not most did live a double life as gay-trans or gay-drag. Yet in larger cities when they did have their own places in other parts of town and NOT in the Gayborhoods we weren't welcome there because they said we and our presence "spooked" the straight/curious men that sought them. How's that for inclusion in the "community"?! Fast forward to the present time, they have done more to damage all the gay "community" has gained in just my lifetime alone as far as rights, acceptance and understanding, to the point of we're on the verge of losing it all because of this backlash from heterosexuals who feel they are threatening their children, woman's rights, womanhood, sports and more! Transgenderism is NOT the same as Gay, Lesbian or Bisexual! For a sexual attraction is not the same as Gender Dysphoria! No hate towards them, but let's call things as they are and stop embracing and promoting their delusion. I honestly feel sorry for many of them. It must be sad feeling they don't conform to their gender or bodies. But I have no point of reference for as a homosexual male and as much as I love men and desire them sexually, I have never wanted to be a woman nor felt like a woman. I've had many straight female friends in my life and felt I have understood them more that their straight male partners, but never felt I was one of them nor part of their gender.

I disagree completely. Those first three letters have to do with women being attracted to women, men being attracted to men, and both being attracted to either sex. That has nothing to do with transgender. “Feeling” like you’re a woman or a man has nothing to do with sex or to whom a person is attracted. Why should they be under that umbrella? Because they’re different?

So they should be included in our “community” because…? We take everyone? The rights they’re fighting for and want have nothing to do with us, yet they’re using our numbers and umbrella to attempt to gain them. To me, it’s no different than if they said catholic priests have vast numbers. Let’s use their clout for our cause. One has nothing to do with the other.

Why are they in “our community”?

    Thanks for your reply, Cliff.

Honestly, it was posts like yours, along with seeing a few vid interviews he’s done, that made me want to engage him. I think my only trepidation was about the size of the ship he’s captaining. When you’re used to cabin cruiser, taking on the Queen Mary is daunting! haha
Like I said, for whatever reason I have it in my head that someone said something that dissuaded me. Normally, that would usually mean the provider isn’t into bearish types, or has a preferred age range, or just likes fit, athletic, muscley guys. I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♂️
I’ve put him back on the buddy list, so I may yet ignore what I can’t remember and engage. I do have a bday in few months, and that would be one helluva candle! 😜

They used to diagnose you as schizophrenic when you made up your own reality.
Now it's celebrated as your right and everyone is supposed to follow along with your nonsense.
I agree that trans people absolutely have a right to live happy lives and shouldn't be ridiculed, abused or neglected.
But these people are in a category of their own, and that's where they will be best understood. Not trying to PRETEND to be something they are NOT.

    Facts are facts.
You may be a dude who wants to live like a woman, and I have no problem with that fact.
I do have a problem with people creating a false reality and expecting me to play along.

What "self loathing " ?  People are attracted to who they are attracted to.
You can't apply modern social justice theory to sexual attraction.
Sexual attraction doesn't spend time thinking about what's "fair" or equal.
