I can't speak to legality, I don't know.  And of course "Europe" involves many jurisdictions.  AND the whole question of "legality" is murky, as the chemistry can be tweaked to sidestep any outright bans.  The website listed above, as well as others, operate quite openly in Europe without a problem AFAIK. If you are there, perhaps visiting gay sex shops and having a convo with the handsome staff would glean some useful real-world information.

Clients ask me the same types of questions at times. Sometimes I answer truthfully, sometimes with whatever they want to hear, depending on what they’re asking for and what they’re currently hiring me for. With good, trustworthy, regular clients I am completely transparent. However, I never divulge remotely identifying client information. That’s sacred. Maintaining client privacy is very important to me.

Might be easier to invert the question...  ask about their favorite encounter...  their favorite porn stars... about videos or scenes they most fantasize about...   about random encounters they wish to repeat... about first time, the best time, the time they keep replaying in their mind, the time they most fantasize about,  about the one that got away, about someone they never had an opportunity to have sex with but fantasize about all the time...  it's almost a Miss Manners moment - just get them to talk about themselves...

This reminds me of the story of a protest at a Dewey's restaurant in Philadelphia in 1965. The diner was near Rittenhouse Square, a popular gathering place for gays in the evening. It was open late at night, and gays often stopped there when they left the square. The management was upset when some of them became loud, and one night told them to leave; the next day they posted a sign saying that homosexuals were not welcome and would not be served. The Janus Society, the local LGB organization in Philadelphia in those days, organized a protest at the diner, and gave out leaflets outside explaining the issue to potential customers. When three young gays--two males and one female--entered the diner, took seats and refused to leave, the manager called the cops, and the young gays were arrested, along with Clark Polak, the President of Janus. The picketing continued, the local ACLU chapter got involved, news media picked up the story, and the management of the restaurant quickly backed down. The incident is usually reported in histories of gay Philadelphia, but as far as I know, no memorial to the event, the first of its kind in the city, has ever been erected.
(I can attest to the accuracy of the story, because I was one of the those giving out the leaflets.)

I had always assumed (when younger) that around 8 inches was average. My experience was mostly from watching porn so of course most of the hard cocks I saw were the large variety, and that mine was the same. I didn’t realise that the average cock is about 5 inches. 
Now that I’ve done lots of market research so to speak I know that 8 inches is average for porn. Had I known this at school I’d have made a different career choice.
I can’t help thinking my careers advisor at school missed an opportunity: Careers advisor “so what interests you and what skills do you have?” Me “I like guys and I have a big cock”. Careers advisor “have you thought about porn?” Me “hmm I was hoping to be a pizza delivery guy or a pool boy but yeah porn sounds fun”.
