Dicks Cabaret just south of the airport is my favorite spot for guys. Small crowd (if any), no booze, but traditionally Hollywood caliber porn stars etc with a special raised VIP sofa lounge. The guy can get completely naked and lay on top of you and feel you, but you can't undress or feel your own dick. There's another gay strip club bar but not nude or lap dances.  And there used to be several hustler bars around north Central Ave. RIP. GayHoopla and many of it's guys are there. Tempe and Mesa are just east of the airport and Dicks is just below the airport off I-10

To be honest, after the week I've had (and month I'm about to have)... someone offering me an unopened container of Ben and Jerry's would probably be the most extreme turn-on I've had this year...

I just finished binge-watching Treason, a British mini series (5 episodes) about politics, spying, intrigue, action. Good plot with twists. Enjoyable.

A fine man.   Politics aside he became president at a time when our country needed an honest man.

As someone who runs a SaaS (Software/Subscription as a Service) company, I have two pretty huge pieces of advice here for every reader of this thread, both providers and clients alike. They’re a little complicated but this is me 💯% swearing the return on investment is here and anyone who buys stuff online should be doing this already. If not, take time out of your schedule and reorganize over the next few weeks:
First: Always, always, always pay for an entire year up front for sites and software you have already determined you like and already see good value in the service.
Sure, trial them for a month or two but pay for it yearly after you see the value the site brings.  Almost every single one typically offers at least a two month discount (e.g, $99/year vs. $9.99/month) which comes out to a 17% to 20% discount at minimum (sometimes more!) and let’s be honest… prices never ever decrease. They only increase so you’re locked in for the remainder at an even better discount when that happens. This applies to everything from Netflix to Hulu to Amazon Prime to every site that has monthly subscriptions. You always come out ahead, and the company backing the site itself loves the extra revenue their finance folks can recognize on their balance sheet. Total win-win all around.
Second: Almost every major bank and credit card company allows this now, so leverage online banking tools from  your bank or payment method’s site to create separate “virtual cards” unique to every merchant or website. Don’t pay with bank debits ever. Don’t use your main VISA/MC/AMEX card number that’s physically in your pocket either. At your financial institution site, in 2023, you can typically issue a new private card number and set a spend limit for each individual site you want to subscribe.
For example, you can say a company is only allowed to charge $10/month to this virtual card. Sure, it requires a little bit more effort during the initial sign-up but once you’re in the habit, the benefits far, far outweigh the small inconvenience at the time and will make your finances exponentially easier to manage long after the fact. Anytime a site changes terms like Rent.men without notification, their charge is declined. Rent.men goes from $9.95 to $19.95 per change? Automatically declined.  I personally probably have 60-90 virtual cards in regular use for everything at any given time. Pro tip: Label them well and using consistent naming conventions
Benefit #1: Doing this protects you when your physical card is compromised or lost, something we all know happens regularly these days and can be a royal pain in the ass.  With this model in place, you don’t need to re-enter your card everywhere when it happens. Not only software sites and streaming services, but little league fees for your kids, accounts at bookstores or libraries in town, saved payment methods at PayPal or Airline websites or Amazon or GNC.com or 5,000 other eCommerce sites. Trust me here, generating separate virtual cards for all your online activities —IS— a proven lifesaver not only with time but as a budget control stop gap measure.
Benefit #2: It prevents sites from charging more without notice. It reverses the roles and puts you in control of the money and debits and you can easily shut off a virtual card where the site doesn’t make it easy to cancel.
“Hold the fuck up! You want me to wait on the phone to call to cancel and listen to someone for ten minutes trying to convince me otherwise??” — in this separate card for each site model, you login to your bank and toggle that specific card tied to that site to the off position and never speak to them again. They automatically close your account after 30 days of declined payments. Win-win all around.

    —————————
That’s all for now typing from my phone at 3:15 AM. I have a half dozen other tips in these scenarios as this type of model is at the core at what my corporation does, but the ones above are mutually beneficial all around.

Well, except shutting off virtual cards for individual sites that don’t offer an easy method to cancel recurring charges (think gyms and health/fitness clubs). But that’s on the company for making it harder to cancel. SaaS platforms should be able to flick on and off each month just a light ditch. That’s simply good business in 2023 where you do t have a 12 month or longer contract.

This stuff is kind of my wheelhouse, so if anybody has any questions on the intricacies of how any of this works, feel free to post. My only goal is to educate and help everyone here not only with Rent.men, but the other 20-30 sites we all pay monthly for these days. It also helps you set overall budgets (and stick with them!) on sites like OnlyFans so they don’t get out of hand. 👀😳🤣😎
I hope this post was helpful to many others in the forum  Upvotes or reactions are very much appreciated to show thanks and let me know if contributing like this is something I should do more.

Of all the recent US Presidents, I'd consider my life well lived if I can accomplish even a quarter of what Carter managed to do after the Presidency.
The man responded to TWO nuclear accidents in his life time.  First in the US Navy as a favor to the Canadians, and then 3 Mile Island. The US Secret Service probably HAD to defer to him on the radiological risks.
My thoughts are with President Carter and his family as they navigate this transition. He's a good man without question.

I grew up close to the Carters in Georgia (Columbus) where my dad was a little involved with politics considerably to the left of Mr Carter but when I got to law school his son Jack and I were seat mates for two years. Jack was back from Vietnam and married. When Mr Carter was elected president I also got my job in DC and Jack arranged for my stuff to be moved to DC with the Carters. It took me two months to get security clearance and permission to pick up my stuff in Virginia. But it's the thought that counts and while Mr Carter and the family were reserved, they were normal people from Miss Lilly to brother Billy. And Amy went to a downtown public school in DC. You won't see that again.  And he was unique as a president who was for peace. After being tossed out of office in a landslide the Carters became very much the image of people helping the less fortunate as a lifestyle in retirement and working for peace. His truly American story, from farm boy to nuclear scientist to president will be hard to ever equal. He will be missed.

Having managed my father when my mother was sick and in the aftermath of her death and then managing his care and end-of-life activities, I get what the doctor and his wife are saying. People forget to ask the caregiver if they need care. In my case, I developed bronchitis when my mother was sick and didn't treat it. Her doctor heard me cough one day and sent me down to the urgent care unit. Something similar happened when my father was dying. The social worker recognized I was exhausted and hanging on by a thread and found me help dealing with the hospital, rehab center, and doctors. She also sent me to my hotel to rest. She was a godsend.
As a result of those experiences, I now ask how the caregiver is doing and make sure to ask them to take care of themselves. It's like they say on airplanes, put the oxygen mask on yourself before assisting others.

I turned 45 years old this past year and have mostly always been a total top my entire life since I came out when I was 21-22 years old. The few times I got fucked, it was uncomfortable and just not my thing -- and they weren't even especially big.
Truthfully, I can't place my finger on the exact moment about one year ago when I was sitting at my computer and discovered Rent.men for the first time. Although I recall being in the mindset of "If you're gonna pay for this, get exactly what you want..."
The funny part is that position (top or bottom) and cock size never was part of my equation at the time. My focus was mainly on other things such as a bodybuilder-type body, a real masculine presence, natural charisma that isn't "work", having physical features like a short beard or a sandpaper-ish 5'oclock shadow, a few "marks on the body" (e.g., not perfectly smooth skin) and face wrinkles (so let's say over 35 yo), among at least a dozen other things.
I narrowed my list down from everyone in the USA to just a half dozen guys. Three of the six were semi-local (BOS/NYC/PHL/DC), so I didn't have to travel far for them so they were all on the table for hiring. Of the three, one of them was a total top and a pretty large cock. At least much larger than anything I had let near my hole in the prior 23-24 years. I met with all three and wound up topping the other two, but when I met this last guy, his presence in person was so damned comfortable that I almost immediately confessed to not having genuinely had a good fuck in my life.
That was ALL he needed to hear.
Fast forward about nine months to today, and I can still replay the entire thing in my head moment by moment. It was some of the hottest sex I have had in my life. He was so skilled he made me freaking love it. There wasn't a single moment where I felt uncomfortable or like it was too big. I single-handedly witnessed what a truly amazing top someone can be when they know what they're doing.
I'm thankful he and I don't live in the same city because otherwise I would be filing for bankruptcy at the moment. LOL.

I wish President Carter peace as he reaches his final days. Without breaking the rules here and discussing all the politics of his time in office.  I will say he was the only truly decent man ever elected President in my lifetime. I hope history is kind to him.

At his advanced age and given the illnesses he has survived in the lsst decade or so, there is a sense of inevitability about President Carter's imminent passing. He's had a great run and outlived many of his political opponents.
He has seen his reputation rise since his failed presidency through his many accomplishments out of office. One accomplishment in office is his Camp David Accords, for which he was awarded the Nobel Peace prize. The pact still stands.

Sad to hear today that the former president, who would be turning 99 this year, is now receiving comfort care.  According to reports he has decided to forego any further medical treatments other than those aimed at providing comfort, so that he can spend his final days at home with his family - including his wife of more than 76 years, Rosalyn, who herself is set to turn 96 later this year.  May he have comfort and peace over the days to come.
