I befriended one of the 2 big sugar daddies in Prague on IG to get into his friends list for contacts.  It worked for quiet a few. Someone asked about "Rikki Norseman". I just got an answer from him to simply telling him i was an IG friend  visiting Prague and asking if he wanted to meet. I swear that is all i said. No one has ever been offended.

He sent me his detailed description rate list. His cheapest 1 hour rate is $600, although that does include both nude and a happy-ending. (doesn't say by whom).  His laying on top of you nude gets another $200 and additional increments of 30 minutes are all at the same rate ($300).
Damn good thing I'm not too horny and am semi occupied today. 

I have been to Ireland a number of times over the years and found this to be the case more often than not.  As you said, one would think that would make the process easier, but they are extremely difficult to deal with in Dublin as well as extremely rude.  Been that way as long as I can remember.  Must be a prerequisite for immigration officers placed in Dublin to be difficult.

Americans always seem to miss Sitges. Beautiful beach (nude ok) and historic place largely gay. Has the world's biggest gay pride that goes a week. Several new hotels have opened. Easy 35 minute train from Barcelon's train station close to Thermas. You ride along the ocean with the billionaires houses on the cliffs.

Just back from Spain -
Barcelona
The Black Room at City Hall (pics attached)- Sundays 12:30am-6am.  Has strippers that dance hard on the go go boxes on the dance floor and both public and private play spaces upstairs.  You can get some sort of arrangement with dancers.
Imperial - private membership dance/sex club - some nights had go-gos you could make arrangements to take into the basement labyrinth 
Arena - Nightclub with go-gos and a previously a dark room.  The club now lets 16(?) yr olds in and no longer has the dark room open.  There are still stripper-go-gos but the additional fun areas are gone for now at least. 
Sauna Thermas - While not a strip club or club with strippers, this is the closest thing to a gay brothel.  It is a sauna with anywhere from 10-25 rent boys working at a time.  When you check in, the door guy will ensure you know it's not a regular sauna.  It's busy 4pm and starts dying out around 8pm.  Full bar, food, free rooms, sauna, steam room and showers.  Went multiple times due to the variety of guys available each day.  Time for the guy $50 EUR for 30 min.  Some do massage as well.  Some grade A quality men.
Cruise Mountain/Parc Montjuic - Still crazy busy all times of the day, especially at night.  You could tell there's some trade going on with certain good looking college guys and older gentlemen. Still tends to be in the trails all around the Museum of Archaeology 
Sitges
Boys Bar Sitges - Had a strip show in which the stripper was hard and showing it as well as many different audience partipation gags.  He did say we works the sauna in town as well.
XXL - had dancers and could tell there were cubicles, but it was overcrowded due to bear week, so I couldn't figure out much more.
