I guess I'm more used to Romeo ads where half the guys have/had selfies in hotel elevators we all joked about. (this guy's Czech). A quick check of RentMen shows there's almost none in it's ads. I can't figure out how to take the post down if you can.

RentMen is so last decade. And many are scams. Why I wish it were easier to not pigeonhole everyone as RentMen or nothing. The young guys are all over the place on social media selling sex of whatever kind. their main goal is to be a big influencer or an OF whale, but they're not used to saying "no" to money. There are plenty who work every angle possible and stay "busy" as possible. Grindr also has a lot of looking for cash guys. online guys do have to keep a distance and secrecy because of stalkers (big problem), but past that they're little entrepreneurs. I've met several in person from online, but TBH, they often disappoint in person.

and then there's the "officially unavailable" social media guys who are more discrete about it:

Maybe I read too many European escort ads but I don't notice that many other people taking selfies in hotel elevator mirrors. It seems so ubiquitous in Romeo EU escort ads and so uncommon in other people's social media (even bodybuilders) that a long time ago I started using it to "tell" who was probably "available" in the sex game and who just teased. Out of dozens of times it led me to further ask if someone "provided massage" or wanted to "do lunch" it worked successfully every time. I think maybe providers spend a lot of time in hotel elevators looking their best (at least going up). I'm sure it's not a universal 100% rule. But, it has worked for me in distinguishing teasers from working guys on social media.

I live close and while I've known guys that work there (not that way) I've never really met the owners. They have kept it up looking more like a living room than a sex club for so many years now in super expensive real estate without anyone knowing what that door is. It's unique.

Up and Down is open (Up is newer and closes at night when Down opens). I've had good luck at UP in the day time. Of all crazy things they have a youth hostel upstairs with it's entrance through the bar. A dozen young 20's hostel guys hanging out all day mixed with an assortment of escorts, gay bartenders and hirers. "Unique" place. OTOH Down's name is appropriate not just because it's in the basement next door. A half dozen to a dozen clients in a dark place with one or two not appealing escorts. You'll do much better online, Hunqz, Romeo, Grindr etc. Actually you'll probably do better standing on any random street corner saying "hello". The hustlers in Vienna hang out in Stadpark in the center. I stay in the InterContinental on Stadpark. The lobby is like the social center of Vienna. There's a hustler bar that opens and closes often. It's in a new location now reopened and renamed Alt Lampe.

especially on weekends I found Thermas in BCN busy by noon. But during the week it is after-work hours starting at 4. we have to remember in EU these are saunas, not bars. one traditionally goes to a sauna after work until 9pm closing time. Guys go to Zurich to make money in high-turnovers, not high prices. Outcalls are 150 and in sauna is 100. Beware Paragonya can be almost empty many times. Only difference I've found between a convection oven and air fryer is the heat/fan in on top in an air fryer and on the side in a convection oven. Never been much on fried foods anyway.
