especially on weekends I found Thermas in BCN busy by noon. But during the week it is after-work hours starting at 4. we have to remember in EU these are saunas, not bars. one traditionally goes to a sauna after work until 9pm closing time. Only difference I've found between a convection oven and air fryer is the heat/fan in on top in an air fryer and on the side in a convection oven. Never been much on fried foods anyway. I think some number of the "collaborations" with big stars are actually paid for instead. There's a number of 2nd guys I see in them who do not advertise the ppv on their own site. Why would a top guy with 100K followers share a video with a guy with only a few followers to help him make his site profitable (at the big stars' expense) ? Better to just pay the other guy and keep the copyright and all profits. OTOH, some smaller guys may well pay a top star for a collab to become popular plus let them use the ppv too. Having your link in a collab to a major star's 100K subscribers can get a new guy a lot of new subscribers fast.

I knew my MD before she became electronic so at least I have a face. I was getting nervous about telemed until I recently got covid and she had my meds ready in 10 minutes and sent my chart to a hematologist who recommended a new anti-clot covid regime no one else had heard of yet. I was impressed. I still have doubts about telemed for dermatology. Photos aren't the same. But an appointment takes 2 months minimum.

I've heard switching out of Advantage has some major downsides in penalty co-pays. I will say my MD has always given me paper prescriptions to fill elsewhere when I ask. Thanks.
