I highly recommend the YI brand cameras. They're about $25 on Amazon for HD. I like because they look just like Nest cams and take their accessories. An agent rarely tells you they're an agent and not the person. This leads to some problems sometimes but that's the way they do it.

Czechs do not speak English, or Spanish, or German, or French, or Italian. They speak Czech and many of the guys only speak Czech. Those guys have to have an agent because 90% of customers don't speak Czech. Many of the guys who work in Zurich do not speak German. Your phone does you no good when you speak different languages only and Google Translate is horrible in Czech.
