  1. Retiring is the fun part. You'll never look back. It's wonderful. The hard part is aging.
  2. There was a looong string of dancers from the old DC strip clubs, most recently Secrets, who did porn.
  3. something about that room.
  4. in response to the freakout on some other sites what is the status of copying public photos etc here? (I understand the non-aroused penis rule here). Can links to Twitter, Facebook, etc still be used for political comment or PG adult photos? I know DMCA complaints can be a nuisance.
  5. Am I the only one who finds that with many of these super-high-mileage older guys I'd probably pay just as much to not have to do anything with them ?
  6. unfortunately the supply and demand in famous aging escorts is often expenses divided by # of clients......if his bills are $1000/week and he only has one client per week.......usually not expecting repeats either.
  7. the ads are coming soon to join the "on Prep" ads...already on grindr:
  8. I'm normally a Ft. Lauderdale frequent traveler but this spring and summer with both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale being locked down tight I took my European visitors to the "west coast" (of FL) a lot because it was never locked down. Now that Ft. Lauderdale's three famous strip/private dance clubs are reopen, I'll surely return there this winter but here's my observations on the fantastic Tampa Bay area: The beaches are nicer than south Florida's, even Miami's best. They're often nothing short of perfect. The Gulf is crystal clear along most of the coast and from above you can see the bottom (or wade) to a good 1/4 mile out. The Gulf is often warmer than the Atlantic. Lastly, the sand on the beaches is ultra white and very tiny granules; something between fine grain sugar and flour. I've never seen sand like that before, anywhere. There are "populated" cities and remote areas with different "vibes". Clearwater is the biggest area and the center of the huge beach resort hotels. It's beautiful and it's beaches are perfect but get crowded because Clearwater is the "local" weekend day beach for Tampa and much of central Florida. (Tampa and Orlando both have metro populations of 3 million each and Sarasota on the south side of the bay has almost 1 million). There are 2 or 3 gay bars in Clearwater that have the usual southern mix of types, including trade and sometimes dancers. St. Pete and Tampa have many more and bigger bars. (Clearwater and St. Pete have the #1 and #2 oldest populations in the US, which also brings a lot of young "hangers-on")..........like Ft Lauderdale. On the south end of Clearwater is Sand Key which is much lower density and fewer singles. Beautiful suite hotels and a branch of the outstanding Columbia restaurant. On the north side of Clearwater is Dunedin with a great little hotel on the wharf and a "historic, artsy" vibe. Over the Skyline bridge on the other side of Tampa Bay from St Pete/Clearwater is Sarasota, the arts center of Florida. The Ringling School of Art, the Ringling museum, and several other museums and art and music schools, including a fine opera house and a very good symphony. The Alsolo Theater was built in Italy in 1798 and rebuilt in Sarasota after WWII and it's season is managed by the Ringling. Downtown Sarasota on the waterfront has many fine restaurants and city-type parks and marinas. It has a very "classy" urban vibe. Across the little bridge toward the beach at Lido Key and Siesta Key is St. Armands Circle with upscale shops and restaurants, including a branch of the renowned Columbia restaurant. Lido Beach and Siesta Key are nice. The "trend" is further up on Anna Maria Island for the "old Florida". All we experienced there was Holmes Beach which was a great beach but zero people or things to do. The very north end of Anna Maria Island is a very expensive exclusive resort area with mostly mansions if you can find places to rent there and prefer solitude. Sarasota/St. Pete/Clearwater are much less expensive than most of South Florida. Tampa Airport is far out in Tampa, huge and expensive, but Sarasota Airport and Clearwater/St Pete airport have very cheap fares on Allegiant (which is fine). Before going I would check Rentmen for the availability of some of the more famous stars, many of whom choose to live in the area. Anyway, with Ft Lauderdale back fully open, I'm sure I'll be weekending there more this winter but I'm going to try to work the FL West Coast in more. I know my European visitors like it better. https://images.app.goo.gl/cveLfhn2RmAaH1iA7 https://i.pinimg.com/564x/d7/7a/5a/d77a5aaa25da6e6904351ef3d8cacd0d.jpg https://www.sarasotamagazine.com/sponsored/2020/10/transforming-the-arts-in-our-community https://1s9kmc1zi8ih113bns3udt1y-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Clearwater-Beach-Florida-965543248_727x484.jpeg
  9. It's 2020, everything everyone does in public places other than toilets is recorded.
  10. because today everyone wants to live in a building where they share everything, including elevators, with hundreds of other people.
  11. Just back from the Tampa Bay area (Clearwater and Santa Maria Island). It's the first major beach area totally open. Not sure how business or gay life is.
  12. He looked older in those solos from 6 or 7 years ago.
  13. Well if we're going into ancient history I most miss Tito's in Birmingham (Alabama!). All the way back to prohibition it was a gay speakeasy when Bad Birmingham was bigger than Atlanta and by the late 60's was a stopover after Alabama football games even though undercover police in raincoats arrested patrons regularly. The normal gay crowd was mixed with reform school alumni and the further you went back in the narrow bar, the more perverse and active it became. The pool table crowd at the Quest in Birmingham has some of that roughness now.
  14. He was Caden at Sean Cody and Mikah at Randy Blue. Only solo I think. https://www.rockettube.com/Frat-Guys/Seancody/128228/Caden.html https://www.queerclick.com/qc/2007/10/breaking_caden_vs_mikah_sean_vs_randy.php https://www.randyblue.com/model/micah-stone/1749
  15. Are these the world's smallest fonts?
  16. I'm a little disappointed that neither place saw fit to at least do PPP to pay employees a little longer. I hope some of them are able to get the expanded unemployment.
  17. What was the Daytona Beach bar frequented by surfers, bikers, stoners years (40?) ago? That was one collection of chill ready meat.
  18. Came down to Sarasota and Clearwater for a week. Some observations: TSA now allows you to bring in carryon 1 bottle of hand sanitizer up to 12 oz and 1 pack of wipes. Bring them. The airlines are "requiring" masks to board but not on the plane. Bring a good mask. Flights are few so planes are no longer mostly empty. Ours was half full. Airlines are now allowing free changes for the most part. (Doubt that will last). Don't expect maid service at hotels. At ours they leave clean linens by the door in a plastic bag. At least here few people wear masks in stores and sit down restaurants and barbers are open. The 25% indoor rule moved to 50% in a week. Lockdown ends suddenly. Beach towns are very crowded. Look for more remote resorts than before.
  19. How old do you want to live to be? II's funny how every year that age grows.
  20. It's a start. I'm sure plenty of the dancers will mingle. Florida is re-opening fast.
  21. In a mask-optional area this week and saw a good idea. SurfStyle stores here sell surgical masks for 99 cents or will give one free with any purchase. Limit 1 per day. Stores should require masks and do this. There are enough surgical masks available now at under that price.
  22. The catch is most airlines require masks boarding the plane, not on it.
  23. It's unimageable to me (from DC) that anyone would go to a grocery without a mask ( and gloves and glasses). So Im shocked here in Florida this week that even though groceries have all employees in masks and have signs at the door asking customers to wear masks, almost zero customers do wear masks. The same on the plane coming here...several people had no masks onboard the plane. WTF, this voluntarily mask thing is meaningless.
  24. Hmmmm..... Someone check if Lindsey Graham bought $2000 of bitcoin recently.
