Just saw him
Yes he is in Jersey City which for me was a rather easy drive. His apartment there (guessing a long-term airbnb) was extremely comfortable and welcoming, and while this is NOT a review, let me say so was he.
Following on the heels of a horrible break up with my long-term regular and a bunch of mehhhh encounters, he renewed my faith in the hope that there are good, honest, fun, sexy, and decent people out there.

Is it just me who finds it aggravating, that new comers with no prior endorsements demand $200 for a massage? 

I saw him when he was in SF a few months ago. Massage was with baby oil on hotel bed and lasted all of 10 min before he asked me to flip over and proceeded to HE. 
 
Also asked for payment upfront when I met him and should have taken that as a warning sign. Lesson learned! Stay away!

Saw him last night @Adonis.  Those pics are accurate and he is very nice in person. Was trying to get me to the backroom but i went all in on Niko, so had to pass.

Just saw Eddie last week for the first time. I’ve been eyeing him for years and finally splurged. Was a bit tentative based on all the previous comments but I’m glad I got on his table. Yep. It was about the rate of a 60-minute + the extra for sensual.   He was a nice guy, friendly, not rude or anything - but you think that by confirming everything upfront that you’re gonna be good, and when even that doesn’t work... ya gotta raise the red flag in the Spa forum.
