In my book....if it says $10,000....I'd be expecting a $10,000 check each month. Then again....maybe that's why I was never a great sugar baby.....grin
-
I feel like we're saying the same thing.......

Am I the only one who thinks an expense of $3,000 per month being listed as "practical" is hilarious? I'm all for it for those able and/or willing to pay it....not to mention those who can get it. I'm also acutely aware when the waters are too deep for me to be swimming in them......

You have no idea how much I'm enjoying being a "vicarious Dad" through you. It's been eye opening, moving, and something I never expected from these boards. Thank you.

From the pure business point of view I think showing a face pic on your ad will increase your business. Having said that I've hired plenty without seeing a face pic. A positive review here with the reassurance "don't worry about the lack of a face pic...he's handsome"....is enough for me. Nonetheless, I occasionally hire with no knowledge of their "facial looks". It's only been an issue a few times. Usually the problem is more strange hairlines/haircuts or serious facial deformities rather than "just plain ugly". If it's a major issue for me, I mark it up to experience. pay the full fee, and excuse myself. It's my fault for booking without a face pic. The truth is when they're face down and ass up...just about everyone is beautiful in my book. Now if I get a face pic and it doesn't match reality....that's a total different issue and I have no problem sending that escort packing with an empty wallet. To play the devil's advocate....there is a subset of clients (I have no idea how large it is) that demands absolute discretion and would NEVER hire an escort who has tied his face to an escort ad. The assumption is that it's impossible for anyone else to PROVE his date is an escort..... unless of course you've hired him yourself...in which case you're likely to keep your fucking mouth shut. Again, it's not an issue for me....but I know it is for some.

Wow...if memory serves me correctly he used to get ok reviews here. Sorry to hear he's gone downhill.

He doesn't want to know if YOU think you're a hot fuck. He wants to know if people you've FUCKED think you're a hot fuck.

Already back in the pool for over a week doing laps. Five more pounds till "speedo" weight....WOOT! It's going to be another incredible summer!

Still hate it. I'm also still laughing that at $850 for 3 hours that includes a meal, and he's got the nerve to tell you that you're outside his "age range" but that he'll make an exception if you're "nice. WTF does "nice" mean...you hold open the door and pull out his chair at dinner? I agree with the "boot" on this one. He's cute and I like his look. At $500 it'd be well worth it. At $600 I'd take a chance. At $850?...I'm calling someone else. Enjoy Pride! As always when discussing or dissing escort rates...I say...if he can get it...more power to him!

@Moondance the breadth of your knowledge of photography borders on the encyclopedic. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. I LOVE photography....and still I never knew the iconic Lyonel Feininger photo of the man holding the camera in front of his face....was of the same man who would go on to take the also iconic James Dean in Times Square photo. Amazing!

Beautiful thread....thank you so much for posting these.

I have a question: Bottoms for bottoms
+ nycman replied to gallahadesquire's topic in Questions About Hiring
Ahhhh....the old "two bottoms, no top" dilemma. Jesus Christ....just invite me over and I'll bang you both out while you two make out. Wait....this is sort of like the straight guy's two lesbians fantasy. Ok....that thought just made me REALLY horned up....grin -
More like "hold on to your wallet". Nonetheless, if he can get it...I say good for him!

They show up in NYC in the Christies, Sotheby's, and Philips Photography auctions pretty frequently. One of my great regrets is not bidding on a sexually charge Warhol Polaroid of a young Sylvester Stallone.
-
I love when Warhol and Mapplethorpe Polaroids come up for auction. To me they feel even more real and "of the moment" than some of their more "refined" works...which of course sell for more more. My only worry is how long the Polaroid image will last.. For investing...I only trust old school B&W.

Seriously, just like that 25 year old snitch that leaked confidential government files. For a generation raised on computers.....they're really naive about technology.
