Around Chicago at least, demand for hiring seems to have gone down, and rates have remained in the 300/500 1/2 hour range, usually lower.
For the first time since the pandemic, I've had providers message me on RM without any prompting on my part (I hide my RM browsing history).
So here at least, supply and demand is working properly.
I’ve seen the same thing: providers reaching out. One asked if I were in “client” mode yet? When I asked who he was he replied “just a rent boy who hasn’t given up on you”.

I’m assuming that this was an in all to HIS hotel, since otherwise they couldn’t have gained entrance.

What is Facebook?
And who even uses it? I had a sock puppet account in 2007, but have no idea what any of my sign-in credentials are. It seems to be mainly used by boomers.

I think I saw him today at a dog park near me. I was wearing a beanie and sunglasses so I don’t think he recognized me.

Yes, that’s always the risk with these boys, since a new cohort of twinks turns 18 every season.

I love to negotiate with car dealers and occasionally help friends with purchases, which grates on the salesperson. I always ask about financing or leasing, since the dealer makes more that way. When I get the price I want, I then pay cash, unless they offer 0% financing, which I got for my Subaru Outback Limited XT in 2021. I also make it clear that if they attempt to waste my time with GAP or extended warranties that I will walk out. The salesperson isn’t my friend; he’s my sparring partner. As others have said, they won’t sell the car at a loss, so the back and forth is simply kabuki theater.
I also make them remove any dealer decal or license plate frame, unless they want to pay me a monthly advertising fee.

I’m planning to hire a sweet dancer who works at BJ Rooster’s. I’m thinking of dropping by the night before our session to meet and perhaps sample him as an appetizer. For those in the ATL area, is BJ Rooster’s still worth visiting? Gracias!

Count me as one who doesn’t allow interruptions to my gym or outside cardio routine. It’s a key segment of my mental and physical well-being.

I would to if there were reviews to back it up
But how much credence can we really put into Rentmen reviews?

I missed it for the umpteenth year in a row. I’m in the tiny minority of disinterested consumers. I was annoyed that the neighborhood restaurants were closed.

I’ve never had a provider ask for a review. I’m not a premium member, so I wouldn’t be able to anyway.

So many ways to make extra cash these days as a college student!

I’m also better off financially. My income properties have all doubled in value since 2015. My tenants maintained their payments through the pandemic and I’ve been able to get steady increases as leases renew. My portfolio is well invested and diverse and I have other real estate development investments. Great health and friends. I’m thankful for my good fortune.

Stunning.

The tats are quite discreet and don’t diminish his appearance at all IMO. Well muscled, but not excessively. Probably 140 rather than 120, which is ideal for 5’8. I wish I were planning a trip to LA sooner!

Why would he be famous? Appears completely average or less.
Agreed. Also, “28”? I’d guess 15 years older than that at least.

Uber add-on
in Questions About Hiring
Posted
I provide the Uber ride as a matter of course. Sometimes I’ll pick a car-less provider up if close by and then send them home with an Uber. I thought that was standard procedure.
