Somewhat true of Nashville as well, although there are so many transplants there that one rarely encounters a drawl. I was always surprised to find Southerners to be much preppier than Northeastern WASPs, even though they generally graduated from SEC public universities. Oxford MS is one of the preppiest places I’ve ever visited. -

I usually just buy their ticket and email it to them. Never had a problem. If I were taking a companion overseas or even buying them a domestic ticket, you can be sure that I’d already met them and that we were both comfortable sharing real names.

I generally prefer somewhat effeminate, not extremely so. From what I’ve been told, I come across as straight. Almost all providers say that. But I can definitely transition when I’m in a “family” environment.

Being 19 is no issue given his maturity. He could also pass for 25. I’d go for it if I were in Dallas based on all the great comments here.

Nashville is also the center of the healthcare services business and has a large financial and logistics industry. Additionally, Amazon is building two towers in Midtown to house its retail and logistics operations and Alliance Bernstein is relocating its headquarters from NYC to downtown Nashville. -

Was in Louisville in early March. Very affordable, great food scene and proximity to many larger cities. It also has a lovely park system and parkways designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. If I weren’t already living in two different areas of the country, I’d consider moving there. -
