That's a practice I have adopted as well with white masseurs.

When I contact POC, I never say anything about my race before showing up, however if it's a white guy I tend to let them know up front. This way no one's time is wasted. I'd hate to show up somewhere and the guy decides not to answer the door, look disappointed, or have a bad attitude.

Wow, @nyblkguy , you sure are understanding. I would have been pissed off. If a masseur promises me something on the phone....and when the massage begins does not provide what he agreed to ....that is just plain wrong. And to make it even worse, to say he will not provide it (even though on the phone he agreed to it) because "old guys" try sexual things on him is insulting to anyone over 25 years old. Being a "nice guy" does not allow you to not provide the service you promised and blame it on "old guys." And on top of this to charge $180 for just a massage keeping your shorts on?
