Some do, most don’t. If both are inclined for something more, it’s only fair to pay for the additional services. Some really do seem to love sex, even though we all know it’s still really a job.  Many of us are happy to help foster the illusion. 
In your case, I support your position but can’t help but wonder if you’re giving mixed signals. In this case, you were only offering services as a masseur but your handle here is “ProudWhore”.

This last point resonates with me. I think that there are many escorts masquerading as masseurs who wait to meet the client before deciding on what to offer. It gives them a deserved degree of control over the proceedings. I’m often surprised and pleased when the additional menu is presented but it may also reflect my choice for dates.
