I am not an escort, and I only recently over the past couple years have been meeting gentlmen through RM and i can say that each and everyone of them started with an email outreach for a "future" date to potentially meet up and then progressed to text messages but in all cases the "outreach" was well in advance of when i specifically could meet but i make sure to make that clear at the initial time that i am reaching out. I thought about JJ but it was when they were listed as ONLY doing appointments together i think in the September/October time frame last year.
