Taking offense from a recommendation
+ FrankR replied to FigureSkater's topic in Questions About Hiring
If there is anything offensive or insulting about this, I don’t see it... I agree with both @Nvr2Thick and @poolboy48220. -
I do not ask for permission if the escort has an online profile. For those without an online/public presence, I only write if asked or if I believe there are safety concerns that our community needs to be aware of (has not happened yet; as you said, the douchebag scenario). My reviews are carefully written to be detailed and yet not too explicit. I always try to be clear on whether the promised service was delivered and if I would repeat. When it comes to massage providers, I only submit a formal review if asked. Do I comment on the forum? You bet; same rule about community safety applies.

There are plenty of threads on Rainer already - please use the search box... Creating more threads just adds complexity and makes the site more onerous to navigate.

Yes, same person. Rates are indeed different, you may want to confirm when you reach out.

Have to disagree with you on this one. To use your analogy, I called ahead to ask if the restaurant served steak. They indicates they do, that is my reason for going. If 20 minutes into the dining experience I am told there will be no steak; or maybe there will be, we shall have to wait and see...I will leave. And the restaurant should comp me for wasting my time. It is not about the money - I can always make more money; but I can’t make more time...

Wait, what? That is just crazy! Who is your provider? I want to paste their logo into wikipedia under the heading of ‘that’s cray-cray’...

My partner waits up for me. Always happy to see me and never a harsh word for staying out late. A real trooper. Good doggie!
-
I’ve been there a number of times. If you do it right, it is actually a lot of work...

Pretty decent - good use of sound; gave my subwoofer quite a workout!

According to multiple sources (PwC, WSJ, NY Times) Cyber is a top concern for CEOs in industries depending on data and tech. Not just Facebook and the like, but Financial Services (your bank) and Retail too (think Amazon, Ebay). Do you worry about security of your devices and your data? The City of New York just released a free app that can monitor your personal devices for security threats. It is called NYC Secure (https://secure.nyc). I am thinking about installing it on my devices...

I know what you mean - my last trip to Thailand I noticed it specifically; very common, some places even have separate restrooms for them. Sorry to say I have not come across any at NYC spas.

Cute indeed...but not sure he is cute enough to charge New York City rates in Phila!

Once you have it downloaded to your computer it is unlikely that use/play can be tracked. The exception would be DRM where the video checks to see if you have the rights (ongoing subscription for example) to view the content. It will then require an internet connection before it plays. If it plays fine without internet access being active, you are probably in the clear.

“I am the whole package” Of course you are - but (like the USPS) you frequently fail to deliver the promised package...

His ‘sister’ on the show may be fictional, but she is clearly gay. And gay in real life too. As Suze Orman would say: “Approved!”

Well, the way I read the OP the provider was still at the gym at 10, ready to go but still not en route. So given NYC traffic he wont arrive until, say, 11, thus two hours late. Too long for an itch to go unscratched!

It turns out my insurance (most of them, apparently) only cover vaccines recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. HPV for those older than 26 years is not yet on the recommended list, so they dont pay for it. Just FYI. Please check with your insurance first if you want them to pay... The 2019 recommendations may reflect an update with regard to this.

That kind of rudeness is not okay. You are a customer paying for his time, at an agreed time. I will cut people some slack if they are stuck on the NYC subway but on the way over already, for example. Otherwise, I do the same; I cancel. A deal is a deal, after all! Have also noticed an uptick in this kind of behavior, even for massage appointments. Educate them with your pocket book; take your business elsewhere.

You are fine booking another massage, I would say. Just don’t go into it with the expectation of sex. Consider that he may have just been super horny THAT day and he may not be on your next visit. If you want more than a massage for sure, hit him up, mention his rentmen ad and pay for the full service. If you do book a second massage and get the same good service as your first visit - tip again like you did before. I don’t see the need to pay the escort rate if you book a massage and get a little more, but less than the full ‘boyfriend experience’. My $0.02.

The line “I am often told I look better in person” is probably the most cliché I have come across in the written profiles of companions, masseurs and dates. It is amazing how often I see it. And I can’t help thinking... “oh, sweetie, and you really believed them? Bless your little heart!” Any other favorites you can think of?

Surprisingly good reviews on Rentmen for somebody who changes his profile name so frequently...
-
Raised eyebrow and a snippy “Am I boring you?” perhaps? Phones are a no-no during cuddle time. Exception may apply to multi hour visits.
-
I believe this is a reference to the thread title you used. It’s been suggested in past threads that it is good etiquette to include the name of the masseur and the location in the thread title...

What about a limit for the number of a topic a person can create a day?
+ FrankR replied to Raven's topic in The Lounge
Now enough with the word play and pickup lines - just ask @Dominiking out on a date already! -
For your amusement - I did not know the origins of tipping but in this clip Adam lays it out...
