My opinion is no! This is based on my experience of googling my google voice number and finding information that connects to me (email address and phone number that the google voice number is aasociates with). My best and honest advice is to invest in a treadmill instead of a bike. When you walk you use your arms, abs, back etc so you burn more calories. You can start by walking around the block. Then two blocks distance. Then 10. Then 2 miles or 4. The treadmill will make it easy to set goals. Write them down! Challenge yourself to do better every day. As you become more comfortable you can increase speed and incline. After 6 months you won't recognize yourself! I call it the "Stephen Fry"!!! ? ?
