Size-wise, SF is relatively small. Not one of the top 10 cities in US. So, there're often fewer choices here than people imagine.
 
Not really helpful here... and there are other factors at play. I'm always a little disappointed by the peculiar challenge of living in the US city people still label as some gay mecca... and realizing that, in many ways, (including the rentguy scene), it's far from being the best place to be gay.

Completely agree with @JEC's points about open communication. Everyone should be able to have open and frank communication with their physician. I would even go so far as to say including the fact that you like to entertain gentleman for hire is important. Your physician is your partner in ensuring your good health. That becomes very difficult when information is withheld or filtered. If you are not comfortable being honest and direct with your physician, or they do not create an environment where that is encouraged, then you need to find a new doctor. Lastly, discussions with a healthcare provider are protected by law (with exceptions for concerns about abuse). Anyone who violates that would be violating ethical and legal codes.

I'm not sure this is the same guy in both ads. I agree, they look pretty similar, but look at DaveSuper's smile - lots of gums showing - and very different in the photos on Marcell's post - particularly the pic of him in a blue hoodie. Also, phone number is different (which I guess isn't difficult, but seems like a pain). Lastly, Marcell's ad states he's 6'4" (be still my heart), but Super Dave makes no mention of height nor is it mentioned in any of the reviews posted. I would think someone would comment if he's 6'4".
 
Maybe just text Dave and ask how tall he is. That would give you confirmation either way.

Sorry this is a late post to an older thread. I did meet Andrew. Although the commentary above doesn't provide a lot of detail, I think the general sentiment is accurate. It was an OK meeting. Pix are accurate and he's pretty much in my physical wheelhouse. It took a while for us to figure out how we'd "connect" with each other. It ended up being a pretty good time and he surprised me a little with where things went once we got going.
