Never try timing the market. Protect through diversification. Do re-balance based on the risk that makes sense for you. Otherwise leave it alone. Never recommend a stock to someone else or buy a stock based on some hot stick tip. If you really want outside advice, hire a financial planner, but be very careful how you choose. I've been lucky in that regard. Don't buy and hold your company's stock. Kudos to you fellows banking big $$ with crypto currency. But am I the only one that envisions an impending crash? What is the underlying value if the demand plummets? There is none, right?

The John Mayer tribute to those lost during 2020 was touching. I love John Mayer. Leslie Jordan was funny. I didn't know he is a big social media star. I like Don Lemon, but I really like Don Lemon after a few shots on NYE. He's a sweet guy. Also liked hearing Andy Cohen's mom admit she appreciates simply having food to eat and a home to live in, especially during these times. The panoramic shots from 100 floors up were nice. I liked the dance troupe up there. Colbert was clever and funny as usual. He proclaimed his shot was Mount Gay, which is a rum I buy at Trader Joe's. Colbert is always a highlight for me.

The New Yorker sent one of those 2020 recap emails which included their Fran Leibowitz interview. For me it was a highlight because I love listening to her. Fran Leibowitz listened a lot to Toni Morrison. They were friends for nearly 40 years. The interview closed by discussing Toni Morrison.

Enjoyed hearing Andy Cohen say "bossy bottom" out loud live on CNN this evening. Anderson was taken aback!! Happy New Year!

Where I work the kind of talk is generally not tolerated. Even if they were just teasing the trainer or they are ignorant people that say ignorant things, my HR would handle it. Now that he's gone, it's your choice what to do. Will they see the trainer as a disgruntled employee that wanted to stir some sh!t? It worked. He didn't have to spill everything. Sorry that you have to go through it.
