  1. I feel fortunate that my health insurance through my employer covers Truvada. I only pay $10 co-pay.

What I do find intriguing is that the insurance will not cover a 90-day supply and I must refill every 30 days. My physician and my pharmacy indicate that they have several other patients whose insurance does allow a 90-day refill.

I switched insurances and went from 90 to 30. My Dr. advised me that you can call them and make a request to allow 90. I haven’t done this yet, but it may be worth looking into.

  2. @VictorPowers This article in Hagerty might interest you, the Gremlin is experiencing a resurgence among car collectors. I loved this little car when it was introduced in the 1970s. A high school buddy had one, ah the fond memories.

I have already read that. Did you watch the promotional video from the 70s putting down the Beetle?

  3. We bought a house that had a bidet in the master bathroom. We never used it, so we took it out and used the space more efficiently for a bookcase, which we needed in the bathroom. We left the bidet in the basement, in case the next owner wanted to reinstall it. Our current house has a huge jetted tub in the master bathroom, but it also has a separate large shower stall with a seat; in the two years we have been here, the tub has never been used. We speculate about how we might better use the tub space, but we haven't come up with anything practical. I like the idea of having a urinal, but the space is much too large.

    Urinal trough?

  4. By all means be proud of your penis, but I think I speak for most when I say please don’t send an unsolicited dick pic. This seems to be so common! I’m always so puzzled as to how to reply. I’m in no way a size queen and definitely appreciate a beautiful penis, but I do answer my phone in public!

  5. I’m always up front in saying I am not trained in the field. My hourly rate typically scares off those that wanted a massage. It’s my understanding the escort rate vs massage rate is much different. I do not have a massage specific ad, so I’m puzzled when I’m asked about massages and when the rate discussion comes around they disappear. My time is my time and that’s what an escort provides.

  7. I’d say the increased rate is to take care of the travel time. Here’s an example. Let’s say a provider has In call of $300 Out of $350. The Outcall is 20 minutes each way. The provider is making an additional $50 off of a 1 hr. 40 min. Appointment. If the Uber is t provided, they are definitely making less money than if the client came to him.

Of course everyone handles Out Calls differently, but I just wanted to throw this out there.

Another reason for use of Uber is for verification that you’re not a No Show. I’d say a Client is more “invested” in the appointment if they pick up the first Uber.

I’d have to say most escorts out there have been burned on an Outcall No Show at some point. The Uber mitigates that risk.
