So I finally saw Omar/Top Mediterranean based on the reviews here. Here is my assessment: you are all essentially right in your assessments/commentary. 1. He has a big dick and knows how to use it. So if you want to get pounded he certainly knows what he is doing. 2. He is not that interactive; so, while you won't get a BFE, you will get a dominant top "master" experience. 3.
