The new case involves a New York City man in his 30s who reported having sex with multiple men during a trip to England, Greece and California.
How do we find out the details on this part of the story!

Im really glad I chose not to get bariatric surgery.  I feel more in control with wegovey.  And it is very close to a magic pill.

You are paying for him to be your boyriend, so I imagine that it involves a lot of pretending and acting. He's providing you with the experience of someone giving you close attention. Only the provider can tell if it's real interst or not. Chances are that since it's a for-pay situation, it is acting.
Nothing wrong with enjoying it, but I'd suggest not to get sucked into a fantasy that can cost you your money and self-esteem. Be careful about how far you should go with that. It's their job to make you feel wanted, accepted and desired. Don't lose sight of that.

Whilst chemistry plays some part in elevating the experience and make job easier for the provider, its business transaction at its core. Like any other profession, a pro provider has a 'business persona' that he sells to his client. You might get a glimpse of his true self overtime but his business persona will be at the front. That is not absolute tho. Have regulars that turn into friends, our intimacy level swifts in and outside of bedroom (ie in or outside of business hours). He often see me for lunch/ dinner free of charge - during these occasions, he trully behave like a friend, no bfe hints just mates hanging out talking bout life and whatnot. But whenever he is on the clock, he swifts and play the bfe part well. Its the small things that changes, that intimate acts that one would normally show only to their partner.
Other things that many pro providers excel at is off-hour marketing/ customer service eg checking in on you day(s) after play, using pet names, throwing in a freebie here and there in multiple days/ week long hire etc. Tho just like any non-hiring relationship, my believe that one is likely be geniune if they remember (substansial/ personal) things you said even weeks after.
There is no reasons why you should care whether he is acting or not. Would he be seeing you (and act they way he did being intimate etc) if monies is off the table - not taking into account those off-hours marketing freebies.  This hopefully would help one grounded in partaking in this hobby.
That said, whether its an act or not, do not overthink it. Just enjoy the moment. But always always guard your heart - falling for provider is (far) too easy.

Aldi reveals big grocery price change — here’s how it will affect customers

Aldi, already known for its low prices, announced that it will lower the cost of more than 250 products.
The store’s price reductions will ultimately result in an estimated $100 million in savings for Americans through Labor Day.
Aldi’s cost reductions will be applied to seasonal items such as picnic necessities, BBQ essentials, travel-ready snacks and better-for-you foods, per the press release.

Up 6 pounds, with no sign of slowing down.  That's less the lack of Ozempic than me 'falling off the wagon' after Xmas when Stop & Shop had a clearance sale in January because they were phasing out their delivery service from a distribution warehouse (& changing to Instacart from their stores).  75% off many things no human being could resist ordering at that price...
    An apple pie for $1.75
    6 bagels $.80
Full size bags BBQ chips $.67
    Reduced fat Cool Whip $.82
More than a few frozen things (see below)
Plus, the occasional healthy thing like almonds, pecans, frozen spinach
Plus, I have magical online shopping powers and got 15 boxes of saltines for 17 cents apiece.  (I like crackers in my soup & now have enough for a couple of years).
    So, no carbs at all...
(a few of these frozen items were for a friend and have already been given to her)

    Ok. Fair enough .
You won't be murdered in the streets...but the general population is very Catholic and definitely not progressive toward gays.
The gay marriage ruling was controversial and political so I can't discuss it here. But let's just say...don't jump to conclusions about the viewpoints of the general population toward homosexuality. There is a vast difference between PV.s casual attitude toward Gay and Lesbian tourists and Costs Rica.
My maid's daughter is in Costa Rica right now at a conference and the poor woman can't sleep out of fear for her safety. ( Her daughter is gay ).

There are a number of gay resorts near manuelo on the Pacific side.  San Jose is beautiful if ur up in the mountains overlooking it.  I think Costa Rico has a cool vibe.

    Somebody doesn’t like beaches….incredible beaches…..grin
Opus 40?…that place where all the Hippies have their "Druid weddings" while simultaneously wringing their hands and bemoaning the fact that their nuptials are taking place on property that was "stolen" from the indigenous peoples. The mental contortions required to pull off such ceremonies with a straight face makes the mind reel.
I’d rather hang out in the Hamptons…or even Fire Island for that matter.

Opus 40 is art. It is grand in scale and beautiful to behold. It’s also not that well known outside of NY, so I believe it’s underrated.

How bizarre that you feel the need to dismiss it by disparaging groups of people with clearly political statements.

Eureka Springs seems pretty remote.  I'm sure it's lovely for a 2-3 day visit but I would start to get fidgety after that.
The closest decent sized city is Tulsa which is more than a two hour drive from what I can tell...and Tulsa doesn't even qualify as a big city IMO.  So big city life is pretty far away if you're yearning for culture/sports/etc.

Update: I've lost some 30+ lbs. It's been fairly consistent weight loss over 6+ months
I've gotten the lecture from well intended coworkers about unknown long term side effects with new medications. My response is simple: I know what the long term side effects will be if I don't make this change from my own experience: Sleep apnea, lower back issues, high triglycerides, high blood pressure meds, multiple abdominal hernias, family history of early cardiac death / disabling strokes.
My doctor asked if I have a specific goal in mind, I just want to be sub obese 5'8" 180s.
Will I continue to be on this drug for maintenance after goal weight?  Unknown. I'll make the decision later in the year with input from my doctors.
For me, this continues to be the right decision with manageable side effects.
