A half hour appointment is fully consistent with the Mike Gaite brand. I’ve had plenty of half-hour appointments, so I don’t actually see why this is a silly question. Sometimes, I only have a half-hour time window to entertain company, so I only take 30 minute appointments. If I were to have had this experience, I would say exactly what you said here. Something like: I had a great time with him. He was easy to contact and making arrangements was quite easy.
