  1. I hope interest rates stay up (or at least don't drop like a stone). I'm enjoying getting good interest on my savings. PS: I just read this morning that Powell said rates won't be going back to the lows of before.
  2. LOL. So many threads on this guy and nothing new.
  3. Thanks. I don't know why search didn't turn up that thread when I did search...and, of course, I had commented in that one, lol.
  4. Roger_xl - Male Escort, Gay massage - New York City | Rent.Men RENT.MEN Roger_xl Gay Escort in New York City, New York, available for Gay Escorting,Modeling,Erotic Massage. | Find all the best Male Escorts at Rent.Men I'm surprised he hasn't been discussed before (or maybe he has and search isn't finding the threads...or a name change). Anyway, he's 5.0 with 17 reviews. Anyone got any info?
  5. So, I thought rates were supposed to be falling, but my 6 month treasury buy yesterday ended up at a 5.4% annual rate. I'll take that!
  6. The hairy body in the black Nike's reminds me of Volodymyr a lot. https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/44728/ Though he may be an inch taller.
  7. I forgot to chime in on him (since I asked about him up-thread), but I finally had him over a couple of months ago. It was a good bed massage, though I wouldn't say the best massage I've every had. It would have been perfect if he'd slow his strokes down just a bit. But, damn, is he hot. Nude the entire time. It was interesting that he was very quiet when he got here but then after he almost wouldn't shut up, LOL. I guess once you've been nude with someone you get over the shyness. 😉
  8. Thanks for this post. Been feeling my age lately (mostly from weird health issues cropping up)...but I was still living at home before college in the 70's....HA!
  9. TransUnion is one of the three official credit bureaus, Credit Karma is a (mostly) for profit organization. edit: It could be that CK is thinking that your card will drop off you list of cards and the credit from that card (say it had a $10,000 limit) will be available within about a month after closure. The length of credit history (the important factor for a credit score) remains for 10 years. edit2: and just to drive home the point...here's from the other two credit bureaus: Experian: How Long Do Closed Accounts Stay on Your Credit Report? Generally speaking, if an account's payment history helps your credit score, it will stay on your credit reports for 10 years after it is closed. Equifas: Closed accounts reported by the lender as paid as agreed can stay on your Equifax credit report for up to 10 years from the date it was reported by the lender to Equifax. Accounts not paid as agreed can remain on your Equifax credit report for up to 7 years.
  10. From TransUnion: "An account that was in good standing with a history of on-time payments when you closed it will stay on your credit report for up to 10 years." So, this closure isn't going to immediately affect your score. And the one you said was closed 6 years ago shouldn't for another 4 years.
  11. It's been about 3 or 4 months since I went there. The studio where I met my masseur was on the floor above where the fire was (I believe). You could see where the damage had been (the door to that section had been boarded up and it looked like it was a construction site), but the studio where the massage was seemed totally normal.
  12. Really? I saw it mentioned in several tourist videos I watched prior to going. But the gist of it is that a guy will walk past you and right before he passes you he'll drop a shoe shine brush so it's in your path (in our case it was about 6 feet from us when it hit the ground). If you pick it up and give it back to him, he'll want to 'reward' you for the favor and want to shine your shoes. If you let him, he'll then expect you to pay him for the shine. We ignored the brush, though after a delayed reaction we looked at each other and chuckled since we realized what had just happened. Thought we heard the guy cussing behind us, too, since we didn't pick it up. LOL.
  13. Huh, doesn't look the same to me at all. If he hasn't moved, then the location is off by at least two blocks as well (his building was right on C. Park West).
  14. I bought groceries yesterday for last night's dinner and the whole rotisserie chicken, organic asparagus, and can of black beans cost me $17 (this is in NYC). If I had bought skinless chicken breasts and cooked them myself that would have shaved off $4 to $5 dollars off the price. Hardly breaking the bank.
  15. Well, one of the shirtless rentmen pics is dated from 2015. And the lips in both those photos look completely different than his rentmasseur photos.
  16. Huh, I just had a 6 month treasury order execute this morning and when I multiply out the rate, it comes out to almost 5.5%...and no NYC or NYS taxes!
  17. Second guy that has seemed (to me) to have gone overboard on the lip injections.
  18. I'm going to have to start writing 6 paragraph long dissertations on meeting guys and then when I get challenged on it, I'm going to claim the questions are random. LOL.
  19. Ha!..."Ground control to...." Sorry, that' s the first thing that popped in my head when I saw the name.
  20. Holy mother! We'll be back in London in late September, wouldn't mind hearing something about him if any details become available. (and is he actually based in London? it says he's there now, but not sure that's where he lives).
  21. I think a discussion on these forums about him and the cautionary warnings are enough. Going down the rabbit-hole of trying to get him in trouble with his apartment management is opening a whole other can of worms and comes off as vindictive, IMO.
  22. I saw him just before Covid and he was clean (I think the hygiene stuff is bull) and the massage was good. Was planning on seeing him again as an escort but since Covid it sounds like his service isn't as good as it was so I'll probably pass. People change and they can get a bit jaded...maybe that is what happened to him.
  23. I hadn't really read this thread much since I doubt I'll ever return to Barcelona (been there 3 or 4 times). But reading about Thermas brought back enough memories that it made me look at my old trip notes to see when I would have been there. 1998, yikes! I want to say I hired a guy for the equivalent of about $20. It actually took me about an hour to realize it was a 'for hire' place, LOL.
  24. Bringing this thread back. His ad on rent.men no longer says that it is expired (as of yesterday, May 9th). I don't remember what his ad text was before, but it seems to have changed. Also, I don't remember there being any private pics like there are now.
  25. It looks like every pic has that line under the hairline...where the face he has inserted meets the rest of the body. LOL. Looks like lots of photoshopping going on (and bad work at that).
