Inhaling poppers suddenly lowers your blood pressure a bit, creating a "rush" sensation and increased heart rate, which, for people who enjoy the feeling can enhance any kind of sexual engagement. Like "OMG there's nothing in the world right now but my tongue and his asshole." Or whatever. It only lasts a few minutes, but for fans (and I'm one of them), inhalants can be a fun sex accessory.

@Unicorn, if you had actually READ my post before climbing up on your customary sanctimonious high horse, it's obvious I was sharing a very personal perspective and experience as a long-term patient, nothing else. That millions of patients have reported physical effects of statin usage, to the extent many can't or won't take the drug, seems to have eluded you, but you can look that up yourself. My comments clearly came down on the side of benefits outweighing the costs. And as for my use and dosing of Vascepa, I am certain, absolutely positive, that my prominent cardiologist in NYC knows a helluva lot more about it and me than you do so, as the saying goes, "I would encourage you to avoid giving medical advice on issues with which you don't have information."

After ~20 years of statin therapy (Lipitor/atorvastatin 10mg), at age 67 I am so weak and tight in my lower body that I can only walk or stand with effort and considerable discomfort. I've always thought there was a cumulative effect over time, which I've never seen studied. I didn't have the acute pain and weakness reported by others, and have tested negative for rhabdomyolysis several times. Nevertheless I first noticed a slight difficulty walking soon after starting therapy, and it has only gotten much worse over the years. There's more going on, of course. Age, weight, inactivity, joint issues all take a toll, so I don't imagine dropping the statin will suddenly result in new-found youth. And there's clearly an upside. I have exactly my father's anatomy. He had is first heart attack at 60 and another 2 years later. To date I have no sign of heart disease. I see the cardiologist in a few weeks and will ask her about halving my dose to 5mg/day, something I haven't tried before. I'm also taking icosapent ethyl 2gm (Vascepa) which helps balance lipids overall and has been effective with lowering my triglycerides and raising my HDL. I'll ask about increasing that to 4gm/day, which is more the standard dosing, and with these adjustments just let it go for 6 months and see what happens. TLDR as the kids say: 67yo, long term statin user with marked physical decline. Statins work and are important to anyone with heart-disease risk factors. There may be a physical price to pay for their use, however, that needs to be evaluated in the big picture.

Kindness can never be overrated - who is the kindest?

I'm sure glory holes still exist (on most college campuses, f'rinstance), but I believe the glory days of glory holes (heh-heh) are past, eclipsed by much greater openness of gay men and modern practices such as hookup apps. I don't think there's much "etiquette" in such an anonymous and furtive encounter. I'd say your cocksman is usually looking to cum, so some combo of sucking and hand work is indicated until the deed is done. Of course you can spit, preferably not on the floor just beneath you and in a toilet or tissue if available. Honestly I doubt a condom would be well-received in this scenario, but worst case he'll just walk away.

Not true, at least in my case. When booking a new masseur I usually include my body stats and a face pic. I do this because if roles were reversed I'd want some idea of who was showing up at my door. I also feel that if there's anything about me physically that would make the provider want to decline the appointment, I'd rather let that happen and spend the money for somebody else.

I believe he's based in Toronto. I don't think he's performed in new vid content for a few years. You could probably DM him via twitter twitter.com/eisenloch

Why do so many providers use tri/quad-mix instead of pills?
+ robear replied to Argus808's topic in Questions About Hiring
As a regular consumer of porn, I'm amused when the use of Trimix in the shoot is obvious. With nature alone, or even the pills, boners come and go naturally as the action proceeds. Nowadays, everybody in the scene is rock hard before, during and after, it's kinda silly. -
No, but I think there's an important difference. Gay/bi guys are offering what they are used to and enjoy in their private lives. Clients may be attractive only for the paycheck, but the engagement is still within the bounds of the provider's sexuality. For a straight man, it's more like a gay man being paid to have sex with a middle-aged, overweight, socially awkward woman, a whole different level of performance is required.

I use ExpressVPN and think it's a good part of "online hygiene," together with a firewall, virus blocker, popup blocker, etc. It doesn't impact my throughput in any noticeable way, although it's lately messing with my torrent client, so that's a problem to be resolved. Be sure you choose one of the big ones with plenty of transmission points, check cnet.com or pcmag.com for informed comparisons. Occasionally I have to turn it off to do a bank transaction or whatever because they validate my ISP, but that's easy.

I've been happily, um, "cringe" my whole life. I could not care less what anybody else thinks of my personal protective measures, or anything else for that matter.

I think with the chain drugstores you just have to book and keep an appointment. My impression in NYC in that pharmacists to administer vaxes are mostly "extras" jobbed in for specific blocks of time in each location, hence they may not be able to take a walk-in in some cases.

I've visited thisvid for years without negative incident, both viewing and downloading content. As with all porn sites, I think it's doubly important to be sure your protection is in full force: VPN, firewall/anti-virus, popup blocker, etc. And of course, creating a completely anonymous account at the site without any identifying information.

I always take claims of giant payouts from fans pages with a huge grain of salt, it's really just self-promotion. (I'm so hot EVERYbody follows me so you should too.) I'm sure good money is made on the sites by the few creators who work their content consistently. (In my world, MikeGaite, nate_stetsonx, Seattle_Dad fit the bill.) I'm sure they wouldn't put in the amount of time and effort over time if it didn't pay. But I'm also sure they wouldn't be boasting publicly about their fanpage income.

Welcome to the site @rockymeet. AllDayChemist is very much online and functional.

I am!! On public transit in NYC, many still do and I fully intend to keep on. It seems an excellent way to avoid wintertime respiratory miseries of many kinds.

Several providers have been discussed here as, ahem, ripe targets for this particular interest. A quick search of RM screening for the word 'scent' brings up the following. You can probably find more with similar word filters. The first, Bennett Anthony, somewhat newly based in NYC, is legendary for his 'personal aura.' https://app.rent.men/BennettAnthonyx https://app.rent.men/RockoNewYork https://app.rent.men/Straighthalfarab

Yes. I find pharmacies do it automatically, last year I only noticed it when I looked at the paper they gave me. This year I plan to get it at my place of employment, I've asked and they assured me they will have the senior version. I'll ask again before the jab.

Trace Michaels (Masseur on RubHim) Arrested for Murder
+ robear replied to ManTouch's topic in The Lounge
Wow, he's long been on my "faves" porn list, especially his vids with partner Adam Rogue. Always seemed so sweet in his videos, lol. Reminder, as if one's needed, that porn is always a performance and the guys we admire and jack off to are fictional characters, not the actual men performing. Crazy. -
Lots to see on his Twitter @jacksonxhowell

I've posted this elsewhere but I think it bears repeating. Emtricitabine / tenofovir (generic Truvada) is available from a number of US retailers for about $30/month, no insurance required. https://www.goodrx.com/emtricitabine-tenofovir

Emtricitabine/tenofovir (generic Truvada) absolutely is available in the US, from US pharmacies, and has been for a few years. First FDA approvals were ~2017, although commercial availability was later. If my Dr prescribes it, my pharmacy manager fills it with the generic by default. GoodRx shows a number of retailers offering it for ~$30/month https://www.goodrx.com/emtricitabine-tenofovir

NYC monkeypox vaccine alerts -- 2nd dose -- 4 week window!
+ robear replied to Kevin Slater's topic in Men's Health
That's a question you almost certainly should call to ask. https://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/health/health-topics/monkeypox.page Under Eligibility: "Vaccination is free and available regardless of immigration status or residency." But still, it would be good to check with someone. When I went they did check my photo ID, but not sure if that included a check for residency, or simply to confirm the info I had input online. -
For the record, my (big company-provided, commercial) health insurance covers both (generic) Truvada and (brand-name) Descovy 100% in formulary with no out of pocket, no special authorization needed.
