Pretty much. King Size with a window and no restrictions/rules for visitors is usually what I look for. Was in Virginia recently and loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. While more trendy hotels with bells and whistles were around, and in some cases a little cheaper, most needed key card elevator access or you had to sign in after a certain time.

Not as much as I’d like. This year so far I’ve had 3 RM hires and 1 from Grindr. I also lost 2 regular hires (one moved, other just disappeared). Need to step up my income so I can do so more often. A hire a week would be perfect for me. Also slim pickings in my home cities, as far as my personal taste goes, on RM. Same.

Pretty much. While I do have a fetish for it, it's something I request in advance. Otherwise, I expect people to arrive clean and smelling good. Now on the flipside, and funny me finding this thread now...about an hour ago I was just speaking with a Grindr buddy I've played with a couple of times during my east coast travels. He mentioned that he had to be honest and that our last encounter he wasn't into it and turned off because of my breath and BO. I'm very big on personal hygiene in my day-to-day movements so to hear this is a complete shock. Anytime I'm out, aside from the gym, I always travel with a small shoulder bag and along with other things my 3 essentials are ALWAYS in there: Gum, Mouthwash, Hand Wipes. So for someone that's usually always prepared when it comes to freshening up, post-eating, or casual hookups I found that comment to be shocking. And I always have deodorant, plus light body cologne on. Anyways, I respect him for being honest but I just can't wrap my mind around that specific day because I know (well I felt/thought) I was fine.

Yeah I try to be careful with that. I don't have it up for a long period. Anywhere from 10-30 mins when I'm in a certain area that I feel has potential. Most times i'm unsuccessful so I remove it from my profile name right away. And I make sure it still isn't up when I go to sleep.

My profile name on there usually includes the word ‘Gen’ when I’m looking for something.

Yeah when I'm home it's a tough find. When I do come across them its usually guys from Rentmen but they charge a much lower rate via Grindr. Yeah usually about that rate and agreed that its tougher to find. At least in my cities. During my current stay in NY its hard to find the type I'm looking for via Grindr. I too really miss Craigslist so bad

Perfectly said. Still mind blown at Manhattan-based providers here in NYC, asking for Ubers, for outcalls within Manhattan. Passed on a few because of that, total turnoff.

They won’t get their full fee. Simple. Happened to me before with 2 different providers. Both were regulars so in both situations when they couldn’t “get up” they both offered a lower rate for our next session(s), which I accepted.

While not for the same thing, I pretty much got catty, hostile responses from MrFeb when I asked if it was cool his fee was paid when the session was done. Turned into a back and forth where he was rude and I kept it calm and respectful.
