The market is Toronto has been somewhat stale for a while now. The pandemic didn't help either and now it's tougher for providers in other areas of Canada to visit Toronto with new restrictions when crossing states/provinces. If you're in America I'd say you're the lucky one. Vaccines rolling in, can travel within the country, and countless of providers all over the country. Completely forgot that Uber prices are ridiculously high in NYC and Los Angeles. The prices for certain trips makes no sense. Also forgot the MTA started shutting down the subways around 11 during the pandemic. I would've thought with the city more open now, everyone getting vaccines and somewhat getting back to a new normal that the main lines would be back to 24/7. I guess. The uptick in Uber requests I've noticed has been a thing for over 2 years now. But I agree. They don't. As long as you have a legit payment method on your account thats all that matters. When it comes to sending an Uber for a provider (just using Austin Wolf as an example) I just change my profile picture to a face photo of AW's. I change my name to Austin or Austin W. I enter his pickup address and when a driver is confirmed I'll text AW a screenshot of all the details (driver, license, car, ETA). When the driver is close I'll text AW that he's pulling up and go from there. If the provider's pickup address is in a busy area, I simply ask if they could go to a more quieter corner or side street in the area to make things a little smoother. I've had no issues.

Yup. And a lot of "pretend" tops. But in general I guess that can be said for every major city.

I have...a few times with reputable providers I've hired for an outcall (key being reputable). And in all cases things went smooth with the Uber arrangement.

Curious, if he still working as a provider? I check his ad ever so often and it's been expired for a while. Have him at the top of my list when I can cross into the U.S. stress free again. I still see him in the Adonis newsletters.

It really depends on the situation but I've definitely noticed more and more now that will be asked for. I usually book outcalls and where I live isn't exactly in the "core" of the city where most providers are usually located. While we have transit, a normal trip to my location via train is an hour to 1hr30mins. Driving here is 20-30 mins. So if the provider doesn't drive (which is mostly the case), I'll cover their Uber. If I'm in another city, most times I'm in popular high density areas where most providers are so its a quick commute for them. I don't cover Uber in that scenario. Yeah, definitely abort if this happens. Same. To me that fee was for travel/time for an outcall vs. a lower rate if its an incall. Which is understandable in most cases. But I also find local providers are asking for Ubers more now too. I'd say it's 50/50. Considering 90% of NYC providers live in Manhattan, where there's multiple train options even during regular shutdowns, I'd say it's very efficient. I've had prominent providers walk or take the train when I'm in NYC. You can change your profile name and picture on Uber. I do this for my regular friends, and providers I hire. I just update my Uber account with the provider's picture and his "name." When the session is over and he's home safely, I updated my profile with my own information. Agreed 100% on both points. Depending on the weather I wouldn't even take the train from Times Square to Chelsea unless I'm in a rush. It's like 15 a min walk lol. As for the Uber, you can change you account picture and name. I do it all the time. Just have to send a screenshot to the provider showing the driver, car, and how long it'll take to arrive. Change the account back to your regular info when everything is done.

Oh I definitely get it. I've had providers who don't have an OF/J4F page (seems rare nowadays) tell me some of these popular content guys reached out to "hire" but in the end the "client" wanted to have a free session and film for their content pages.

Correct. If I'm looking to hire off Grindr, my headline is up until I find someone or stop searching. I try to keep it short and sweet and only have it up for 30 mins to an hour. After that I erase it. I always remove my headline before logging off. You're pretty much asking to be banned if its up for a long period lol.

This happened to me a few years back. I was actually on my way to meeting a Grindr hookup and when I got near the location my profile was banned. Devastated because I had lots of great connections saved and guys favourited. Anyways, still in shock I pulled over and made a new account. Literally a few minutes after making the account I was banned again. I pulled over again and did pretty much what @lrbigdicktaker broke down a few posts above and made another account which was fine, but kept my profile and details blank. Luckily the guy I was meeting was still online so I messaged him and we met up at our usual spot for some fun. I honestly think a hater in the area I was hanging around reported my profile and Grindr immediately blocked me. It was your typical regular profile with what I'm looking for, straight to the point. But yeah, it's pretty easy to get around. I find Tinder a little harder to get around if you've been banned. Happened to me twice on there and getting a new profile was a headache. Getting straight to the point worked for me. Sometimes I'll message the guy and let him know I'm interested, what I'm looking for and mention I'm generous. Other times my Grindr headline will allude to what I want ("Gen4Musc") and I'll wait and see who messages or I'll tap guys that catch my eye and see who replies. I find the serious guys let you know their rate and time right away. The wannabes, flakes, scammers or guys just looking for a quick buck always ask "how much?" or "whats your offer?"....usually ends up to be a waste of time. I do recommend if your Grindr headline alludes to hiring to make sure you don't keep it up for long. I'll have it up for 30-mins to an hour. I don't keep it up for long in case someone reports my account. More and more I'm telling myself to ditch the iPhone for an Android. Just so much more possibilities and always ahead of the curve. I'll have to try Bluestacks for Mac (if its even possible). I'm taking notes. I may try this on my secondary Grindr profile.
