Good to know. After seeing this I checked the profiles attached to the messages I was getting. Low and behold at least 5 of the accounts are deleted and no longer active. Yeah as others have said $300 is pretty much the standard rate in most major cities. In some cases you might find around the $200-250 rate from an experienced provider but either thats for an incall, or the guy is heavily booked and takes a lot of clients. Most providers I've booked are usually in the $250 range, but while I'm in a major city it's nothing like New York City or Los Angeles. I've had success with RM providers that are also on Grindr. In those cases the provider quoted a lower rate vs. their RM rate. I recenty made a profile on Seeking (with my picture) and get notifications daily of guys sending me messages, but I'll have to pay that $99 membership to get access to my msgs.

Considering the time he was spending to travel and meet me, plus his reviews, I felt comfortable doing so.

Sadly, it's a part of the business. Unless you're willing to start charging a deposit there's not much you can do unless you're a pro at seeing the signs of someone wasting your time. Now see this is the utmost disrespect. Stood you up twice and now it's like he's taunting you in a sick way that "it's part of the fun for me" AND he's a member of the forum? I give you a lot of props for not exposing him, I still think his account should be banned on here. I would be LIVID. This is the 1st time I've ever heard of someone flaking in any aspect and saying it's a part of the thrill. Straight up disgusting.

I don't accept drinks from anyone I don't know. I also don't book providers for in calls. When I host/do out calls, I always provide/offer sealed Fiji waters. Sometimes I'll ask if they have a drink of choice and I'll go out and buy that ahead of time.

In the general landscape of things when I'm out and about I'm told often that I'm intimidating at times so I'm never worried about any confrontation. I've not paid the agreed amount twice. The 1st time was a few years ago with a provider that eventually became a regular. I could tell he was tired and just wasn't his normal self so I stopped and ended the session very early. I only paid him half of his fee. He apologized and promised if I book him again he'd waive his fee. He stuck to his word and he was a regular of mine for a couple of years before he moved. The second time was 2 years ago in New York. I booked a guy from RM and he arrived at my hotel late and a bit "odd." He was chugging a big cola bottle and soon after I realized he was a bit tipsy and he had alcohol in the big litre bottle. Early in our session he was getting paranoid and wasn't delivering what we agreed upon so again I stopped the session early, like 10 minutes in. Told him it was over an explained why. I wasn't going to give him anything, but I literally just gave him something to get back home with if he wanted to Uber. If we agree on stuff and you don't deliver, I end the session early. Either get partial or no payment. Luckily it doesn't happen often.

Pretty much and in most of those cases, the celebrities, models, musicians, fitness freaks all migrated to OnlyFans AFTER it blew up and got popular because of sex workers. Glad the decision got reversed and hopefully this was a wake up call to sex workers and explicit content creators to have backup platforms where viewers can enjoy their content (like JFF etc).
