I would say if you are this concerned you should consider going on PreP yourself and then not worry about it. It gives you the same level of protection as the person with HIV being in treatment.
It's not that it's rude to ask so much as you can't trust the answer since a)you are not a mindreader; so you can't tell if he's lying b)it's possible he seroconverted since his last test; and c)you shouldn't engage in riskier behavior based on the answer anyway.
I have seen some escorts advertise that they are negative and on PreP. While I guess I'm happy they are promoting PreP, I wouldn't bareback with them unless I were on PreP also.

I think you're confusing a particular constitutional amendment with the actual absolute right to free speech, which can be blocked by anyone, anywhere, at any time. A corporation like Google can of course regulate speech on its own platforms. But then it's not supporting free speech, is it.

Sure, accidents happen, but helmets are most necessary where there’s a lot of energy involved, i.e. when cycling fast, or when interaction between cyclists and two ton steel boxes is likely. I can’t really be bothered to dig up mortality rates per KM for Amsterdam cyclists, but I’d be willing to bet quite a lot that it’s a hell of a lot lower than London, or any large American city.
