I think that's another dude, with a similar name only. The guy you are referencing uses someone else's pix, the guy here uses his own pix but is just lame.

Here is another thread: https://m4m-forum.org/threads/any-411-on-mmike.150823/#post-1758561 Bottom line: I would avoid.
  3. I would place a huge bet that nothing has changed as long as his posted rates are under $160 or even more. Use your big heads, guys. Someone this hot checking all 3 boxes on rentmasseur and quoting only $140, come on! Not to mention clear modeling aspirations. Granted, some of these guys aren't that smart but they are not idiots, if it seems too good to be true...
  4. Whenever they keep changing their name, that tells you everything you need to know. One of my worst experiences ever. Nothing like a self-centered diva who thinks of himself as a "model," and clearly hates doing what he does to pay the bills. Actually, he doesn't even do it, as he doesn't deliver anything close to a decent massage and even less in sensuality. PS But I am grateful that he got me off masseurfinder relatively early, saving me time and energy. I remember posting a negative review which he immediately deleted, making me recognize the site's fatal flaw.
  5. This shit has to stop and rentmasseur better introduce pic/profile verification for all. If they don't, they become accomplices in deliberate deception of their clientele and robbery of countless unsuspecting people whose identities are effectively stolen. There is way too much of this on their site to be ignored. This athlete should sue them as far as I am concerned, what an outrage to be exposed to just so that some unscrupulous turd, and rentmasseur (!), can make some money!
  6. I have to disagree, it would be if he had picked it for a social network. As a masseur name/ID, it is both descriptive ;-) and effective for what it is supposed to do. Appearing here under the same name is right, refreshing (I am tired of positive reviews by "novices"), and smart. It shows integrity and desire to hear the client's side & feedback, no wonder he has so many fans. Thumbs up!
  7. Uber-hot pix, checking all 3 types of massage, and charging only $140?! Gentlemen, connect the dots. Using your big head :-)
  8. Hi, could you PM me about Lucas as well? It's time for me to try someone new in Chicago and I am intrigued by your prior comments, maybe I should try at least once...
  9. Yep, same here, I saw this guy before but he used someone else's pix back then. Competent masseur and ok massage but zero interaction, in fact, careful avoidance of any interaction. Clearly uncomfortable being naked with you (some American guys have this hang-up, as opposed to the Russian/European hang-up also known as "now-can-do-it-yourself"), I'd avoid.
  10. I certainly support all methods to get our money's worth, but going aggressively after all of my booked time just isn't my thing. Honestly, I don't see much upside in getting those last 10-15 minutes left on the clock, due to "karma." Massage should be an intimate, "good energy," experience among other things, and if I have to remind the masseur to deliver, fuck it! I don't need the negative energy associated with him having to go back to the drawing board after the point at which he thought he was done with me. So, if it's our first encounter, I'll make sure I spread the word that the masseur sucks, here and in my personal contacts, but that's about it. If the theft of time was egregious, like giving a 60-minute massage when we agreed to do 90 minutes, I'll pay the 60-minute rate. If it the theft of time was 20 minutes or less, I'll just go with the flow but end on a very dry note (no hugs) and say something at the end. Guys who don't provide value cannot stay in this business for long, and it is a miserable existence as they try to hang on, forced to travel all the time in search of uninformed clients. Fuck that lifestyle, I don't need to throw more shit on that pile. If it is, as suggested in the initial post, a gradual drift toward worse and worse massage and less and less time by a masseur I liked initially, I just cut it and stop making additional appointments at some point and I apply what I said above. So far, I have 4 of those in my files , but then there are those who get better and provide MORE over time, these are the true gems to focus on. And KEEP.
  11. Yes, and this is the difference between smart guys that get it (that a repeat client is the best client) and dumb asses who start to take you for granted. Economists have this notion of “reservation price or utility.” Basically, you’ll go back to a masseur for as long as you feel that you are getting more out of the experience than you would by spending your money and time elsewhere (reservation utility). A smart masseur knows that he has to leave enough utility for you “on the table” so that you’ll be enticed to come back. This is not too difficult as long as he likes or at least doesn’t hate his job. A dumb (read: a model? ), or lazy, or job-hating, ass will try to find your limit, not realizing that once he finds it, it’s too late! Hair stylists and other service providers are also known to do this, and I am not sure whether and how it can be remedied. If I encounter a dumb ass I just move on. If someone is that type I believe I am unlikely to be able to change it. If you confront them, they will most likely be defensive. The best shot is if they contact you inquiring why you haven’t asked for an appointment in a long time, but this is rare. Then you might have an opening, but even then it is best to tell them that you are not going back and this is something they should keep in mind moving forward and with other clients. If you go back you risk a whole bunch of complicated codependency dynamics & shit ;-) I guess I am War-and-Peacing it here to get across another seemingly unrelated but important point: Don’t try to push anyone including your BF, coworkers, boss, or masseur (yes, like pretty much anything this cuts both ways), to their reservation utility unless you are ready to lose them. Once you find the limit, it’s too late!
  12. I ask anyway so it’s not an issue for me. I agree with Balthazar that this is only natural when they list multiple types of massage, on rentmasseur for example. When it comes to masseurfinder, I wrap this question in my initial inquiry about the availability, location, etc. by asking about the rates for different types of massage for 60 and 90 minutes. The answer typically gives you clues whether it’s strictly therapeutic, so I ask even though most ads there list the price. ;-) PS. Sometimes I get a really curt answer that all the info is given in the ad, in which case I go silent. And laugh to myself because I got the info I wanted.
  13. I tried connecting when he was in Chicago. Way too many strings and red flags, like 60-minute outcalls only, and it seemed like he schedules these on a hit-and-run basis to get some cash when he needs to. The pix are very old too.
  14. This is why I deleted my profiles on rentmasseur and masseurfinder, it’s all beyond pointless, l only use them to check the listings and get the phone numbers of the masseurs I might hire. I no longer write or read those reviews.
  15. I am glad the scammer(s) didn’t get what they were after. But in reality there were many red flags along the way. Always remember RULE #1, also called TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. A guy that hot checking “erotic” and charging only $100?! In LA of all places?! Plus there’s RULE #2, when things get just a little weird RUN! First, there is no way the muscular guy in these pix weighs only 165 lbs while being 5’9”. Then he lists Clearwater as a travel destination. As if he rushed to establish his rentmasseur profile just before his trip to that major metro area. And most importantly, who the fuck wants a stupid card instead of cash?! Remember, when something doesn’t seem right in this business, there is a good reason for it. Having said that, I now feel like contacting these asses and wasting their time, they certainly deserve it!
  16. It is one thing if the client gets up and wants to leave. It’s a different story otherwise. A great masseur/professional can always suggest things like neck massage, grooming, showering together (if the massage was erotic or sensual), or take that time to gently wipe the lotion off of you, with some soothing additional sensual moves. The least he can do is acknowledge that the time is not up yet and attempt to engage in some polite conversation about nutrition, exercising or whatever. Getting rid of you well ahead of the supposed end of the appointment exposes any friendly attitude or great vibe as phony and is a major turnoff for me. This is why I carefully check recommendations on this site when it comes to straight or “aspiring model” masseurs, as this wham-bam attitude tends to be an issue.
  17. I could be an outlier here but I no longer write reviews on masseurfinder and rentmasseur. I simply tell any masseur who wants me to write a review that they pissed me off and I deleted my accounts, which is true. Plus I truly believe these are pointless at this point anyway. This site, on the other hand, is a different story, and I’ll put in a good word for any masseur who deserves it. Those who shortchange you on time are automatically disqualified, sorry. Theft of time makes any “great vibe” phony in retrospect so that cancels it in my book. And I am not going to go back and remind an adult charging what is typically a very nice hourly rate that theft and disrespect of the client is not ok. PS. Nobody handles any time left over at the end of the appointment better than my boy Jake, a true professional and a very sweet, articulate dude. He never rushes to get dressed & run, typically suggesting a nice neck massage instead. Or shower. My other favorites somehow always manage to hit the right time or even give a little extra, which is a good business practice as they get referrals, recommendations here, and nice tips. I am so over take-the-money-and-run guys no matter how hot they are. My favorites are as hot as any but they are also decent guys above all so why lower the bar?
  18. That's just my luck, he'll be in Texas! :-) :-) :-)
  19. Yikes, thank you! I was browsing in a hurry, I totally missed it. A MAJOR red flag!
  20. Looking forward to revisiting NOLA but the masseur scene there is seriously disappointing for such major tourist destination :-( I would love to hear any recommendations, and/or feedback on these two guys I might consider: https://rentmasseur.com/TouchofPleasures https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/36350/

    Jeff in FL

He is now in New Orleans. I am going there soon and would love to hear about any experiences that might recommend or disqualify him. As much as I love the city, the masseur scene there is seriously underwhelming :-(
  22. I am afraid too hot, as in too good to be true :-( The whole thing just doesn't jive, the very recent profile, the wording of the ad, the professional level pix, and the ridiculously low rate for a guy that hot. Sorry to be so negative, I hope I am wrong...
  23. I tried contacting him when he was in Chicago and received a very assholey response. Instead of answering a couple of simple and polite questions it was like “check my ad and give me a call if interested.” I passed, the hot pix and the low rates just don’t jive.
  24. My sense is that the "security reasons excuse" is pure bullshit, especially if they, and you, don't allow blocked numbers. I am sure all text messages are recorded and retrievable from the providers, so if some serious shit should happen, things should be easy to trace. Given that, I feel that, as long as the guy sounds normal, setting up appointments via text gives me sufficient confidence to walk into a hotel room for a massage, with the understanding that there is no protection against lame. Now, there are always psychos and bad actors, and this is why you want to be careful, but in reality they can get you on the subway or a dark street corner too. Hence, as soon as a masseur sounds like he might have "issues" just RUN, no matter how hot the pix on the profile. The pix are most likely fakes anyway. In this particular case, it felt like prying basic information that someone that's in this business in order to make money should be eager to give. I am not going to beg or jump through hoops for a service for which I am already paying considerable amount of money, period.
  25. Going to Detroit soon, so, in addition to any updates on Kevin, any info on this guy would be great: https://rentmasseur.com/Shaner The rate is on the low side and it's outcalls only, so I don't have hopes but you never know :-). Needless to say, other recommendations are more than welcome, thanks!
