His pricing is already above my psychological limit of $160 per hour. I am fine with this price IF the masseur is competent, hot, and OK with being naked and touched. He does purely therapeutic for $170/hour and $250/90 minutes, but you get a clear sense of that only if you ask. So beyond high competence & good massage, how sensual does it get, is he nude during the massage, does he allow touching, and does he expect you to "finish yourself? ;-) I suspect pretty limited sensuality, especially given his $140 rate. When they charge $160 or more, it's a tossup, they either deliver or are simply grifters. At $140 and the guy is this hot, I have to curb my enthusiasm. These guys are not idiots, nor are they in this business for altruistic reasons. If they can plausibly charge $160 for what they deliver, they will. Especially traveling masseurs, they are all about maximizing.

I'll tolerate up to 10-15 minutes IF they are checking on me, apologetic, and with a very good reason. Shit happens, I understand. But if they are dishonest, uncommunicative, or manipulative, I am out. Massage is a luxury. It's about being relaxed and enjoying. If you are going to start it annoyed and frustrated, fuck it, nothing good can come out of it. PS It's naïve to expect extra nice treatment to make up for being late. That whole attitude suggests that they have another client lined up and they'll have to cut corners to catch up with their $-maximizing schedule. More likely than not, they see you as a cash machine. Run!

One of my rules: Never hire a guy who thinks of himself as a model. Especially when his rate is insane. It is likely a signal of narcissism instead of high quality experience.

He is either shorter or heavier than what he lists. The text of the ad is very familiar too, proceed with caution, and remember to use your big head to make decisions. ;-)

That was my experience. I saw him when he was beginning and saw the potential, figuring that he'd be awesome if he would just relax a little. The second appointment several months later revealed that he went in the opposite direction, and the experience was actually worse. Even more time spent face down and careful positioning to minimize touching and interaction after I turned around. Maybe his English is better by now but I doubt that the massage is any more sensual than before. PS My guess is that blowing or anything sexual is not an option at all.

$240 for 90 minutes and $150 for one hour, wtf? Plus, I think $150 is lame, since most clients will have $20 bills, making it effectively $160. Now, at that rate, I want to see all 3 boxes checked on rentmasseur. And I don't want to have to ask.

Bumping this. Most likely a no-go, just curious whether we have some recent experiences? Most likely a straight guy from Ukraine or Russia, very basic English, although you'll text back and forth with a handler whose English is very good and he'll promise all kinds of things. Then you meet him and you get a decent massage with very limited sensuality and DIY. If someone tells me I am wrong, I might give it a try.

I've had way too many disappointments at $160 or higher, I find it to be no guarantee of anything. In fact, many grifters and assholes go for the high end in rates to extract as much as possible as fast as possible. There are many examples on these pages. My all time favorites charge $150 and some of the good guys I go back to once in a while $120-140. They get a nice tip, but it's a tip, not an entitlement.

Some people are takers and some are givers. A giver will appreciate regular customers and throw in extras, whether it's more time, nice chat before or after, or some extra connection during the massage. A taker will infer from the repeat business that he is leaving too much value on the table and try to extract more. He'll keep pushing or cutting corners until he finds the limit, at which point it's over, the client is alienated and isn't coming back. Things are of course made better or worse depending on whether one likes or dislikes what he does, and further complicated by the fact that the client can also be a giver or a taker.

The stats don't add up, 200 pounds is too heavy for the guy in the pic if he is really 5'11", and nobody says they are shorter than they really are. Also, he is way too hot to be charging only $120 while checking all 3 boxes. So I never took it further.

I am not sure about the bump but I absolutely expect my masseur to be comfortable being naked with me AND being touched if he charges $160 an hour. It's a deal breaker if this is not the case. Moreover, at that rate, he'd better be a very good masseur and hot too. If one of these two is not the case, the fair rate in my book goes down to $140 or lower. I will tip generously if all goes as planned but a tip is an extra and not an entitlement. I have no use for HE or MT if the masseur is not ready to be naked with me. Then it's a strictly therapeutic massage for which the top rate is $100.

I agree, I hada a very subpar experience back when he was in DC. Too expensive for what he provides, minimum sensuality, mediocre massage. I think the main point of adding these letters in the name is to run away from prior reviews here, a red flag.
