Here are some useful wikipedia pages to start understanding modern knowledge about human sexuality:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_sexuality
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_sexual_activity
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_orientation
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biology_and_sexual_orientation
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Environment_and_sexual_orientation
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bisexuality
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klein_Sexual_Orientation_Grid

It's entirely possible to be "straight" and engage in homosexual/same-sex sexual activity. They seem to be completely independent psychodynamic aspects of human sexuality that are frequently interrelated.

None of these are big budget perfect because they're all tiny developers, but I enjoyed them and I'm glad you are too.

None that get as explicit as the visual novels mentioned above.

If you're talking about visibility and creating relationships that aren't heteronormative, some of the famous biggies would be Fallout 2, the Mass Effect games, Dragon Age games, Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, and Sims 2. More recently, Undertale and The Outer Worlds continue to increase visibility for nonbinary and even asexual existence.

As someone with many years of massage training and experience, here are my thoughts:

    1. If he's planning to be legitimate, he needs to get the education and the certification/license as required by his state.

    2. Given everything you've said, I'm guessing he's planning to be an uncertified/unlicensed bodywork provider who uses his looks and other attributes/skills to provide his service.

Whatever he chooses, some basic customer service ground rules:

    A. Be consistently professional and timely in communication. And make it all match with whatever "brand" or "persona" he's creating for his service. In other words, if he's a "straight Italian from the Bronx" then his pictures, website, communication style, and mannerisms should all align with that "persona" to create the kind of customer experience he wants for his clients.
    B. Be on time for appointments and also be on time for the duration. In other words, if you say it's a 60min service, don't stop at 50min. If you stop at 50min, then call it a 50min service!
    C. Nail your personal hygiene. Be clean. Nobody--except for certain kinksters--likes a dirty smelly provider. And that goes for colognes and body-sprays too, unless again, you're appealing to a specific client demographic.
    D. Learn basic "universal precautions" and follow them or you'll catch something from your clients or vice versa.
    E. Use quality products. Consider allergies and other sensitivities.
    F. Get a decent anatomy/physiology/kinesiology book and read it.
    G. Last but not least, trade massage with other well regarded providers. Learn what they do and get honest feedback about what he does. It goes without saying that he shouldn't do "extras" with legit licensed massage therapists unless there's a clear understanding beforehand or he might be reported as a sex worker.

I apologize if I offend, but it isn't your penis size making it difficult to find someone. It's how you've pathologized it. Those negative thoughts and feelings about your penis neagtively impact your emotions, thoughts, and health. The old saying about being able to love yourself before anyone else will applies. I urge you to find a qualified therapist to help you work through this because once it's addressed, you'll see significant change in how you exist and how people around you react and interact with you.

@keefer, welcome to the forum and welcome to this part of the journey of your life as you discover/explore your total sexuality.

I was an "exclusive top" for well over 30 years. In fairness, being married to a woman clearly influences my choices. Though, even my same sex activity had me as a top. It wasn't until one day a good number of years ago when I was fucking one of my marine buddies, that I realized how much fun he seemed to be having and how into it he was AND how I was doing all the "work," he liked to be tied up so his options were limited. I'm getting off track. Anyway, I became curious.

I learned that I love to suck cock and that I'm pretty damn good at it. Anal sex took research and patience. I've posted on all of this before, so let me provide some links and a summary.

Anal sex involves smooth muscle tissue. You do not have conscious control of smooth muscle tissue. If you force it, you will injure yourself and likely create a psychosomatic block or issue that makes future activity more difficult. Smooth muscle tissues need time, patience, and for you to feel safe and secure. Don't hire a hugely hung guy who's new to fucking guys for your first time.

You need to be in a place that you feel safe with a guy who you're comfortable with and at a pace that keeps you relaxed. Lube is your friend. Lots of it. A top who has experience making great first-times is what you want.

Generally speaking, an average person has roughly 6" of length from their anus to the "back" rectum wall. After that, you get into the sigmoid colon, which requires some time/practice and a top that knows how it feels when everything "lines up" for deep 6-7"+ fucking. In other words, a top with an average 6" cock on up to an even above average 7" would be fine for most positions. Though, since your emotions/thoughts play into this, please don't get a guy who you're scared about his size. That will just add complexity to the situation.

Lastly, some people swear by poppers and while it's true they do help smooth muscles relax, there are a variety of health issues and other considerations. I would encourage you not to use them during your first few times bottoming until you're comfortable with bottoming and ready to explore "add-ons."

    References:

    1. Don't use desensitizing lubes or other products. And also avoid lubes containing jojoba.
    2. Don't douche too much or too aggressively. It's much better for you to eat enough fiber consistently.
    3. Angles really matter based on the shape of the top's cock.
    4. This post contains 4 useful links that are well worth reading.
    5. Some useful info about poppers.
    6. Slightly more about poppers and adverse interaction with ED meds.

In late 2018, new research came out that led to the FDA updating the age limits for 9vHPV. By June 2019, the ACIP recommended updating the age range and the CDC agreed. For everyone getting vaccinated after 15, the recommendation is a 3-shot series. If you start the series before turning 45, it should be fine for your to complete the series, but your insurance may not pay for them, so plan accordingly.

2-1-1 PrEP is only for anal sex. Take 2 pills 24hrs before your first sex session. Continue taking 1 pill, at the same time, every day as long as you're engaging in anal sex. Once you've had your last round of anal sex then continue taking a daily pill at the same time for 2 more days.

@DJla, a purely professional therapist would never allow their genitals to get anywhere near a client's body, beyond a true accident, such as a client moving an arm unexpectedly. What you describe OP, has already crossed multiple lines. Cheers to you for finding someone who actually knows massage, gives you a good massage, and is apparently more than willing to cross multiple lines to tease/entice you.

I took an Atlanta SA guy with me on a business trip for 5 days and paid air, expenses, etc., and gave him something in that ballpark for walking-around money since I was in meetings most of the time. I’m far too unpleasant to be around any longer than that.
In Houston I regularly gave guys $100 - $300 for overnights. These were students who had nothing else to do and enjoyed a little taste of luxury.
i still occasionally hear from a few SA guys but haven't met any in a year.

600 hours is a decent start. That range fits in many states, but minimum requirements are increasing and vary by state and country. New York and Florida require 1,000 hours minimum for licensing. California is headed that way too if they ever change from certification to licensing. https://www.abmp.com/practitioners/state-requirements

Another example, if you're in Canada, they require a 2 year in-depth program. https://www.rmtbc.ca/become-a-rmt/
