By the way, I finally read the review that started this whole thread. It sounds like the reviewer thought he was being polite listening to the guy talk, and the escort assumed the client just wanted the company and was planning to and.or should pay for it.
 
Differing unspoken expectations of each other. Which is why it is always best to make expectations clear.

Now it's entirely possible that had I been lonelier and more financially comfortable I'd have wanted to pay for an additional hour of cuddling/sleeping. But I wasn't particularly lonely and the money was a bit of a stretch. And I can see why he would have assumed I wanted him to stay, since I hadn't said anything to the contrary, and why I might have been happy to pay for "his time" and body contact.
 
I actually thought he was asleep. He was, I think, pretending to be asleep, and, having already come, probably not looking forward to the second hour but willing to do his best for the money. Had I been "nice" and let him sleep, which occurred to me, then he probably would have wanted to be paid. As I'm writing, it's coming back to me that he pretty much jumped out of bed once it was clear I didn't want to pay for another hour.
 
Getting expectations explicit is very helpful! I started having less tension with my husband when I realized I was upset with him for not meeting expectations I hadn't made explicit. I recently reported stolen pics on a traveling escort's profile. The pics were from an established model's Instagram. Rentmen deleted the pics but not the ad, leaving a few big dick closeups that could be from anyone. One pic was immediately reposted with the head cropped off. It took a bit of prodding to get that one (re)removed, but the ad remains.

not real. While Rentmen doesn't do a good job of removing fake ads, if you report the add and show proof (i.e. link to instagram model who's clearly in a different city than the escort claims to be and has the same pics) RM will (sometimes) cancel the profile.

The Whoopster is off on Fridays (Ana Navarro joins the panel) and Joy is the moderator. In introducing the topic, Joy pronounced Wilbur as Mr. Ed used to (RIP), and one of the other panelists asked why she pronounced it that way. She said it was from some character (she thought) from Charlotte’s Web. Nobody at the table knew better… somebody from the audience mentioned Mr. Ed to Meaghan, but she didn’t know who that was and nobody else at the table heard the exchange.

I've binge-watched a few seasons over the past few months. I've grown to enjoy almost all aspects of it. I have also developed an understanding of the clichés, manipulations through editing, and some of the biases. They definitely do play favorites, though there's no way of knowing whether that's happening at the show-runner level or with influence from Mary and Paul.
 
I adore Paul Hollywood. I can understand why so many people dislike him, but I admire his confident, authoritative demeanor. The show runners and editors do an excellent job of balancing his posture with Mary Berry's demure ladylike, though no-nonsense presence. Mel and Sue's comedic ribbing of Paul's insufferable masculinity and confidence prevent him from dominating the show as another Gordon Ramsay. Those over-the-top personalities are usually done by design, and I get the impression that the show's producers and Hollywood decided that "it's been done."
 
For me, what's most admirable about The Great British Bake-Off is that (while there are some exceptions) it doesn't rely on the negative and adversarial tropes of typical cast elimination reality TV shows. Both judges are matter-of-fact in their criticisms, focusing on mistakes or failures to execute supported by evidence without attacking the cast members personally. Even the harshest criticisms are balanced with constructive advice and with positives. The show also doesn't live and die by cast member conflicts; it appears to neither encourage disagreement or expose conflicts through editing. In a typical reality show the biggest asshole is booted, or a beloved member is set up for a dramatic betrayal. In the GBBO one of the poorest performers is eliminated, and he or she is in full agreement with the judges' decision. For the most part cast members are portrayed as respectful and supportive of each other, and it's rare to get a whiff of annoyance or resentment. I'm speaking in general -- I could point out counter examples, but they're exceptions to the overall theme of the show. They also seem to cast contestants who are mostly likable and positive, rather than mixing in some intentionally cast edgy antagonists and train-wreck personalities.

In the recent episode they made first contact with a planet who believe that people who are born under a certain zodiac sign are prone to violence and are imprisoned.
 
I would think that the solution would be quite simple. Since the gestation period is known just do not have sex during the time that birth would later occur during that sign.
