I took the plunge and definitely recommend it.  Despite being incredibly handsome he was really down to earth - I really like that all of his photos are essentially selfies rather than model shots in a studio - but this guy is a genuine stud and could be in porn or model easily.
The apartment was in a great location. Made me feel really comfortable and relaxed despite feeling a tad intimidated initially by how handsome he was.  
10 out 10 recommend.
