Understandable. I was schooled in typing in the very late 70's. One space after a comma, two spaces after a period. I also was taught, numbers one through ten should be spelled out. For 11 and beyond, it was acceptable to just use the number. Not sure was is acceptable today. I don't always follow the number rule.

I remember finding Hardy Boys books in our house. I was the 2nd child. I loved reading them.

In junior high school typing class, I was taught 2 spaces after a period, always. Still do it today, sometimes, out of habit, even in texts.

While possible he may live in that vicinity, my guess it's the default map for Chicago. I know a provider who lives in the suburbs, 40 miles from the Loop. He had the same location in his ad. I see that same location many times when I click "map me" I've also seen ads that point to the middle of a shopping mall, or the middle of the airport.
