  1. I miss @SuperJunior 's contributions. Enjoyable. Wishing a Happy Birthday, and many more.
  2. I think he's hot. He was on "Whose Line Is It Anyway". Good episode. He did a skit where he liked to dance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQbCAVopVaA
  3. He has a RM ad too. https://rent.men/Preston There used to be one review of him on Daddys Reviews, but it's now gone (doesn't appear if you select all) along with many of the past date reviews that have been purged. I remember it was a positive review, but don't remember details.
  4. My burner phone is a Tracfone. I got it for $79.00 on sale. It's my 2nd one. Decided to replace the original burner phone because I didn't find it user friendly when texting. Only pay $99.00 a year to keep service. Because I bought it at a store (to pay cash), it's not the newest model, but that's OK. So far, it works for me. I'm thinking about getting another for my personal phone, but if I do, I'll get something newer.
  5. Not so much a blue collar Italian American thing in Chicago. Not originally from Chicago, I was a bit overwhelmed at the generosity received after a loss. Since then, I always reciprocate with a monetary gift when attending a wake or service.
  6. I've never once turned on the heat in my condo in the 13 years I've lived here. The building has a central boiler, and a two pipe system where, when it's turned on in the late fall, hot water runs through a pipe embedded in the concrete floor. It's great once winter sets in, and it stays cold outside. Nice and warm inside. However, in fall and spring, when heat is turned on, and it's 60 degrees outside, it becomes 80+ degrees inside. My windows only face one direction, so opening them really doesn't help because no cross breeze. I've run my ac, if warm enough outside to do so, as late as November, and as early as March. Small price to pay since its included in my association fee, and I never have to pay a separate bill (gas, or electric) for heat, hot water, or gas for my stove/dryer. Never run out of hot water.

I worked in several hotels for a few years out of college. Trust me, after a few occasions, the hotel staff begins to recognize those who visit various guests, or those guests who meet visitors in the lobby. Never had a problem as both visitors and hotel guests were discreet.
  8. I wish Vince did incalls. https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/13726/
  9. Some talk about him when he first began advertising. https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/promising-new-ginger-talent-in-nyc.114032/#post-1092504 Never hired him, but would consider it. Definitely.
  10. Thanks. This could turn out to be an expensive month for me.
  11. Thanks. I can forgive the above referenced stolen photo so long as he's still a muscle hunk as advertised. Are any of his other pics accurate?
  12. Thanks. Sounds like, that's who he is. I'm glad to hear that. I would hate to miss a good opportunity.
  13. Everyone seems to very positive about Uriel, both on these forums, and via PM, and no wonder, look at him. And, I've thought about hiring him too. However, on the two occasions we briefly exchanged emails, his responses were short, and seemed lukewarm at best. Is it just me, or because he gets so many inquiries, he keeps initial communication brief and to the point?
  14. We've exchanged emails occasionally over the last couple of years, so I knew, and saw pics, when he bought his first apt., where he lives. It was a suprise when he emailed me about the 2nd purchase, and although we never discuss his future plans, I was happy he is investing his money. He was way ahead of me regarding the his future state, so my comment to him about needing an exit plan was not needed.
  15. Looks interesting. I like the Grand Villa with a private courtyard with pool. I would hope it's hidden of others outside the courtyard so as not be able to view people enjoying themselves in and out of the pool.
  16. I've been to several smaller, sometimes neighborhood bars where it's acceptable to buy the bartender a drink, whether they are the owner, manager, or working there. I don't distinguish between ownership or otherwise. Either tip, or buy buy them a drink, but always tip. I've gotten a several free drinks too. P.S, I tip my barber, and until a couple of years ago, he own the small strip mall containing his shop.
  17. I would give the nod to Aslann simply because he can actually smile.
  18. And, to throw another question at you, you've indicated you rely on your landlord to provide what seems to be a lot of assistance. Not to scare you, but what is your plan B? What will you do if he sells the building, or God forbid, dies.
  19. @Llguy is right. You have it, and given it's hereditary, then you know the progression. Don't just accept it as being inevitable. Make whatever changes you can, one at a time, even the simplest ones, now. There's more information out there. Yes, easy for all of us to tell you to do as we say (and sometimes not as we do, myself included), but, it really begins with you. A good primary care physician will help you.
  20. Once dog sat for a dog named Reefer. Had to run an errand, and the dog jumped out of the car when I parked. I was yelling Reefer...ReeFer...REEFER a few times before he came back. Got some strange looks from the people around.
  21. Perhaps by putting 5.9 in his friendboy ad, he meant the dot in a decimal context and wrote 5.9 feet to indicate almost 6 feet, and not 5 feet 9 inches.
  22. https://www.seattlesutton.com/ Not sure of the cost.
  23. Do you have Seattle Sutton available where you live? I have no experience with them, so not endorsing them, maybe others here do, but my impression is that will tailor your food to your health needs, cook individual meals, and all you have to do is nuke them. https://www.seattlesutton.com/
  24. @Avalon Embrace cooking, don't be afraid. It will give everyone confidence, teach humility with it comes out bad (and sometimes it does), also teach patience. You may discover a new hobby. Just remember, you can always add more, but difficult to take away time, temp, and/or ingredients.
  25. Agree. It's not perfect, but gives @Avalon a start at branching out on the diet.
