Midwest is the best. Love visiting either coast. Have driven Pacific Coast Hwy. a lot. Never got tired of it. East coast, DC is a favorite city of mine, and Miami Beach is just a few hours away by plane when I get tired of winter, and need a quick sun fix. However, in the Midwest, spring/summer/fall are great. Great Lakes are the 3rd coast.

Anecdotally, a provided told me years ago he would occasionally go to NYC, and stay in the Financial District. Mid-day was his busiest time with guys who just wanted to "pop and go".

In real estate, I've thought of it as a place on the market, but not yet being advertised.

I think their transition to 7.0 (or whatever) still has kinks. I've been a free lurker, never have paid for membership. When I looked today (7.0) it said I was a Premium member, but could not see premium photos. When I looked at it in 6.0, it said I was a Free client.

Not anything I'd ever expect. However, one masseur I met previously, we had a brief (no french) make out session when I arrived, and when saying good-bye. Then the pandemic, so I haven't been able to see him since.

It happens. Sometimes you two are not a match. Sometimes they're not at their best. Sometimes we're not at our best.

Retired 2013, two modest pensions, and social security. Occasionally withdraw from 401k. Home and car paid off. My other vice is gambling. Casino and lottery. Been fortunate to have won some relatively big amounts. 6K-ish was the largest. About four others were in 3-4K range. A few a little over a grand. I used the winnings pre pandemic to pay for the hobby. Haven't been to the casino since before the pandemic, nor have I hired. My winnings stash has dwindled down from a pre-pandemic peak of about 8K to 3K now. As I finish up recovery from surgery, I'd like to hire again, but finding now more of my income is for living expenses, and less for discretionary items.

Happy Motoring. I've paid cash for three of my last five cars. The other's I paid off early simply because I got tired of the payments., Life is simple with no car payment, or mortgage.
