Guys, please give me some ideas on how I can consume more unflavored psyllium husk powder.
I don’t mind Metamucil. But, I’d like to get some variety in how I consume psyllium husk for fiber. I have irritable bowel syndrome and keeping a steady flow of fiber combined with avoiding trigger foods really helps. And, a very regular pretty significant intake of fiber is the only way I can bottom.
Is it good in coffee or hot tea?
Can I just sprinkle it over some other foods?
