  1. Absolutely. That joy did not pass my notice. But I know these gentlemen were incapable of that sense of joyfulness outside of their safe-space. Most of my younger gay friends have no problem enjoying a mainstream venue to hangout / make-out / hook-up etc. with same sex partners. They aren't afraid to grind on the dance floor with another boy while their female friends watch and cheer them on in his sexual pursuit. To me ..this is a far more evolved community that should be more comfortable because they enjoy a more diverse system of emotional support. Not just other gays.
  2. I have been in multiple situations over the years where I ended up in a sexual relationship with a man who was described as emotionally vulnerable for a variety of reasons.( Death / break ups / traumatic military experience ) I wad accused of being a "groomer" because these man were straight but I eneded up sleeping with them on a regular basis. I don't agree ...and they ALL came on to me...not the other way around. But my point being that their fragile emotional state left them vulnerable. Thus the accusations of "grooming". That was 20 years ago...so maybe the term has evolved over the years to be more specific to pedophiles. I just know I've been accused several times and none of these young men were under 18.
  3. When I was in my late 20s I identified as gay and this is when I explored gay-only destinations. Just saying ...the only thing that was common in these places was a sense of shame. I think gay men of younger generations have moved past that.
  4. I do, in fact, prefer straight presenting sexual partners. I have often been accused of "grooming" straight friends and associates. So my understanding is that grooming is defined as manipulating someone into a sexual relationship when a power imbalance is in place. Doesn't need to be a minor. Can be anyone who's vulnerable.
  5. I don't like lying to people. "Thanks for reaching out but I am no longer interested"...seems the most direct and honest response without being mean and without all these lies. (I am dating/ I moved etc).
  6. "Posh" ? Champagne 🍾 ? This is a joke...right ?
  7. I've never been to P-town BECAUSE it was described as "all gay". None of that kind of "gay-ghetto" vibe is interesting to me. I've tried a few gay-centric spots when I was younger but it always seemed kinda sad. Old gays hiding in fear that they might be "discovered" . Personally I feel more comfortable in an environment where I am around gay and bisexual people along WITH the support of allies. This call for isolation seems counterintuitive to me. This is what gay people did BEFORE the equality movement. Why keep doing it ?
  8. We DO wash-up before bed time. Many homes in the area don't HAVE showers. Just a bathtub...so wash-cloths (which a lot of Americans don't even OWN) are more common.
  9. I really prefer providers of sexual services to be "nice" in terms of easy to talk to and open minded, intuitive people who can go from nice to naughty when the clothes come off. I like extreme sexual fetishes but trust is important in this realm so I need to be with someone who I know is a good person behind the wild playtime.
  10. I always assumed that with most couples; opposites attract...so both of them finding the same person to be attractive seems unlikely.
  11. Oh...c'mon. That's just ridiculous. Clearly these gay guys aren't worried about being accused of sexual assault.
  12. A bidet is a must when you're not showering daily.
  13. So you guys think all women are the same as your mom ? She's going to shame you for letting loose with some sexy men ? 🤔
  14. "Calvin" WAS a sweetheart at one time. It's possible with the right substance abuse recovery program that his core personality has returned. He has explored the darkest depths of the BDSM world and (thankfully) survived. There was little he wouldn't do in terms of Kink Play, so he's definitely an experienced provider. I wish him well...but would also advise any client proceed with caution. I haven't talked to him for a couple years. But there is some VERY disturbing mental/emotional stuff brewing under the surface over there.
  15. Why not ? This whole thread is baffling to me. Are a lot of you guys in the closet ? I thought the goal of the gay (LGBT..xyz...) movement was INCLUSION 🤔 It sounds like a lot of you want it both ways. YOU want to be "included" but you don't want straight people to be included the same.
  16. MMXNYC is a members only group...so yeah. You need to participate in the organization before you get any "special treatment" options at their place. They are VERY careful to advertise their business as therapeutic only. The various professional masseurs offer sessions in private rooms at the facility. And what happens in those rooms is of course private. But to maintain their professional reputation you can't book anything "special" with a masseur who you don't already have a relationship with.
  17. My family are Pennsylvania Deitch...and my relatives live amongst the Mennonite farming community. (I grew up in a small city nearby). Saturday night was bath night. I guess when there's no drinking or gambling allowed a hot bath was your highlight of the week. 🤣. That said...my parents only used this model for us when we were children. You of course washed thoroughly (pits and package) with soap and water before bed every night. As we got older ..by my teens I bathed every other day. I follow this model to this day unless I'm engaged in some outdoor activity (hiking, gardening or sport) and I'm all sweaty. I agree Americans use too much soap and wayyy too much shampoo. I shampoo my hair once a week. In-between I just rinse. I use a charcoal deodorant for underarms that works very well to prevent any body odor. Your natural body oils are an important part of keeping your skin healthy. Washing it away constantly is going to dry it out which . But beauty product companies WANT you to have this problem so they can sell you a bunch of moisturizer that you would otherwise not need, on top of all the extra body wash and shampoo you're buying.
  18. Nothing would make me happier, as I have commercial mortgages that re-set every five years and I refinanced them all during the plunge in rates mid-2020. I'd they'd re-set at today's rates my payments would more than double.
  19. He definitley has had some background in athletics. Claims to have been a gymnast. Unfortunately his miserable personality overwhelms anything positive you may feel about his looks. Face reminded me of Rossy DePalma.
  20. Why are people bumping up this Frankenstein monster? 🤔 Nothing remotely appealing about all this hideous botched plastic surgery.
  21. Thanks. Enjoy your new home.
  22. I'm 53. Happy when people tell me I look 43. If anyone said I Iook 23 I'd question their sanity. 🤣
