A university production of Verdi’s Aida offered course credit for working on the crew backstage. I did full body makeup on male ballet dancers, who had great bodies, costumed in loincloths and arm bands. Makeup was applied with a sea sponge and buffed with the hand. They did a lot of the buffing, which was good. I was not out, so for me it had to remain a secret thrill. One or two would have welcomed inappropriate behavior. I was cute for a minute back then. And I’ve never taken the trouble to set up a scenario like that where it leads to something. Cleanup is daunting. But washing the makeup off him would be fun…

He’s advertising (but not actually offering) massage. That price seems reasonable based on consumables delivered.🤣

There used to be reruns of some of the live HD offered at select movie theatres during the summer. Anybody know if that’s still a thing?

You won’t get a spa deep tissue for that price - in LA $185 for a 50min deep tissue at a lovely Burke-Williams. Context outside of the sites we all link to here can be helpful. Don’t only compare providers to one another, compare with similar services for non-horned customers as well. Unless you expect some sexual activity. Which means you should admit you want to hire an escort…

Like Kristin Wiig, she’s not one type or another — more like 8- 🤣🤣🤣 and will likely have to develop her own projects, at which she will excel. Gonna miss seeing her taking everything right up to the edge. 👏🏼👏🏼

Goodbye (or good riddance?), Kardashians

I want unfiltered tea from the “assistants”. Each a gatekeeper of the real filth. 🤣 It would be best as an Oprah Special. Immediately following 24/7 coverage of a mega-yacht disaster that buried the entire family at sea. -
Among the things that make the transactions here unique as a business model, is establishing contact. I think we all need to give our text recipients breathing space. Most people in both sides of the transaction have really busy lives, and now, more than ever, are also using smart phones for any number of things that used to be done with phone calls or on a computer, especially multi-gig workers. Texts can get buried by family/work/friends/travel/medicalconvos having nothing to do with hiring or providing. If you don’t hear back, you don’t hear back. It’s the same as “no thanks.” I don’t think it’s out of malice. Mostly just busy-ness. Clients hire someone else, and providers book another client. Aren’t there worse ways to have your time wasted? Yes, as a matter of fact, I did just receive a jury summons, why do you ask? 😂

Los Angeles area recommendations for noobs?

A former thread on this topic has expired. I’ve been curious about escape rooms, and have only seen them portrayed in scripted shows with fictional characters. I know no one personally who’s been to one, which is kinda weird given how long they’ve been around. Have you done one, and would you repeat? Have you been to more than one and have comparisons? I know people recommend gathering some friends for your team. Thoughts? Is there an ideal number? Should I avoid inviting dimwits, or does that add to the fun? Would you say it takes about as long as watching a movie? You’re an entertaining bunch - looking forward to hearing what you know! 😘🔍

Good for you!, but Yeah…no…that expectation is about 30yrs back in my rear-view mirror! I’m not looking for a discount. I’m into presence, sense of humor and eye contact, which Is evident once we begin, but photos can’t substitute. And the gamble of initial chemistry is really part of the fun. I have never had a meet up without a voice phone call. No talk, no dice. Trade a face pic for 15 min of conversation?

A couple times I met well known provider, and we connected well on a personal level during our meetups. He is also a therapist. I’m thinking of checking into that part of his work. He already knows I hire. I would easily find a new provider if his therapy skills line up with his intellect and other warm interpersonal qualities.

I got good genes. Seeing older Aunts and Uncles looking great as is, I doubt It’s something I’ll feel compelled to do. I’m one of the Function-over-Form people. Also applies to elective surgery.

What was the first thing that ever made you feel “old”?

What was the first thing that ever made you feel “old”? Seeing that question elsewhere and realizing I had an answer for it, rather than just finding it insulting. -
A man with short haircut and a completely shaved face - no stubble, just smooth, is a rare commodity today. Early work life got me into daily shave, and for years I loved being able to use the whole face while - going places.

Great news! We can be safe(r) Observable symptoms may include public ass scratching and frequent proximity to organs grinding.

I find it so brilliant at weaving together different stories thought to be for children, but each holds uncomfortable truths for disappointed grown-ups. And ends with hope! Seems like the cast and City Center production make it work brilliantly. I remember the intense interest and gayticipation when it premiered in the 80’s and I was still into Sunday in the Park. I’ve grown fonder of Into the Woods with each hearing since then. I never fail to take away something new, like with all his work. Good for Encores!

It sure would be easier if clients and providers weren’t humans with lives beyond our encounters. Perhaps one-time regulars are better than never-give-a-second-look regulars, though. I can’t imagine anyone having a first meetup and not coming back for more of you.

Awful. What is wrong with these guys??? Personally, I find always find success in sessions with providers when I have intestinal trouble or am feeling disconnected or irritable or violent. And I never cancel.

Stumbled on this new “spin-off” and liking it so far. Now I need to find one with Amy Aquino…

How to get providers to arrive on time

Hire ones who host. -
Went to HS 15th, in Dayton. Won award for having traveled most miles, from LA. The event validated my life choices.
