Last time I was in LA, I totally lucked out and found Gregg Girard. I booked an appointment for a Brazilian waxing and was completely satisfied with the session. He's a sweet, sensual daddy-type, very skilled and professional; he works out of a well-appointed studio in his house in Miracle Mile. He does sugaring (which I prefer), and he has a confident, gentle touch; minimal discomfort and very thorough. I was very happy with the results.
In addition to waxing, he also does massage, body grooming and hairstyling; I so wish I had gotten a massage as well. As for extras, I have a feeling it's a YMMV situation.

The Google street view shows an interesting van parked in front of the Spa. Also if you rotate the view in the link below and follow the arrows into the Spa you can tour the inside as well and see the steam room, showers, etc.

For me he was very interactive. Unfortunately he used that to try and conceal some rather mediocre massage skills. Ymmv but I guess it depends on what you want out of the session.

I saw him maybe six years ago for a massage. It was good. I hadn’t been aware of the extent of his tattoos - interesting is a word for them. But it was what’s in his shorts that was the surprise. Take a look at that bulge in the picture. Oddly large and spread-out, right? Well, equally odd upon disrobing. He’s clearly into body transformation, if that’s your thing. My guess is a pump was involved but I don’t really know.
