  1. The couple of exercises he shows are fairly easy. They do a lot of benefit to gaining solid abs. Even while watching television, those exercise are quick and easy to do. Of course, the gym is the place to do heavier exercises that benefit the exercises shown here.
  2. Here is another website for Brazil. There are more than one hundred guys advertising on this site. https://www.vivalocal.com/acompanhantes-gays/moema/leonardo-20-cm---dispon-vel-24-hs--/272587464 I gave the link for Sao Paulo. You can change the location by going to the top of the screen and entering - acompanhantes masculinos then selecting the Brazilian city. Most have their price listed. The guys will either come to you but most want you to go to them. If you have them come to you, most will ask for Uber both ways. Good luck

  4. Very pragmatic and realistic, regardless that it is true.
  5. No one mentioned that he speaks several languages. The mysterious "Steven" I hope you are doing well.
  6. But, as others have observed, the "only fans" clients eventually get bored by watching the same person time and time again doing the same thing, time and time again. Variety is the spice of life, or so I have been told many times.
  7. Oscar had it right when he said - "To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance."
  8. Comparing U.S. "laws" against prostitution, check out Brazil's open and numerous ads for female and male prostitutes advertising right along with ads for various household goods and other products. No prudes or hypocrites in Brazil. What a joke our country turned out to be with respect to prostitution. As an example of how liberal Brazil is compared to the U.S., the below link is just one of many links openly advertising prostitutes in Brazil: https://search.vivalocal.com/acompanhantes-gays/br?lb=new&search=1&start_field=1&select-this=248&searchGeoId=138&offer_type=offer&end_field=
  9. My computer is back to the black screen with white writing. I see above where instructions say "If you want to switch back to the default theme, click the “theme” button down below and change it." However, there is no "theme" button on the screen I see. Does anyone know how to revert the screen back the way it was to white with black writing? Thanks in advance
  10. Not always. When the economy is tanking, flexibility takes over. Sometimes, as Plato once said, "Necessity is the mother of invention."
  11. Some providers think it is okay if they cancel or no-show. However, if a client does that, hell for the client. As mscleLovr said in reference to no show clients, it’s just an aspect of the business.
  12. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection released an article last month advising about the new process of entering the U.S. with facial recognition. It explains that the passport is not checked et cetera. The changes are only for travelers with Global Entry (or equivalent). However, the article says the new facial recognition system is only at Chicago (ORD) Chicago's smaller airport Midway (MDY). Usually, one can depend on releases that come from the U.S. government. However, the article has an error in saying that the new GE facial recognition is only in Chicago. I personally experienced the new feature last month in LAX and in Houston (IAH). Here is a link to the article that will be interesting to those who use or will be using GE upon renewal. The article explains how easy the process of returning to the U.S. has become, immigration wise. https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/local-media-release/ord-and-mdw-encourages-travelers-use-facial-recognition
  13. In connection with Global Entry renewals and Global Entry itself, I have had two renewals after my initial approval. Only my initial GE required an in-person interview. What motivated this response is to comment about the change to Global Entry after you return to the U.S. from an international trip. Until recently, those with GE were accustomed to walking to the GE Kiosks and placing an open passport on the screen and answering some basic questions and posing for a photo. However, my last time returning (a month ago) things were different. All one now needs to do is walk up to the GE kiosk and look into the screen and follow the instructions that tell you to align your face within a certain screen. There were no questions to answer and no passport to show. Within seconds, the GE kiosk knew who I am and produced a receipt so that I could hand it to the customs officer when I left the immigration area. Incredible how technology has advanced and keeps advancing. Global Entry now has facial recognition, at least they do in LAX and IAH and likely most large airports that accept GE. Those waiting for GE renewal now have an easier entry process.
  14. You might not know that many law firms have access to "Lexus Nexus" a system/entity data company that will let you find out EVERYTHING about anyone. You and your affairs could be made available to someone you used as a provider. Most law firms pay even new hires a decent salary. I am curious why a young guy making a good salary would risk being an escort during his off duty time from his law firm employer. If you use the same firm as the provider for your legal work, and if something goes wrong with the provider relationship, you could find yourself in a very difficult and/or embarrassing situation. For your future well being, you will be wiser to select a different law firm. Good luck on what ever you do.
  15. Five minute film by a well known respected prostate cancer specialist:
  16. I was at my gym today and noticed a new type of gym machine hog. The guy (machine hog) brought a small kitchen type towel with him to the gym then wet the towel in the drinking fountain then put the wet towel over the seating area of a machine he had been using while he was off using a different nearby machine. As I wanted to use the machine that was occupied with the wet toweI, I asked him about the towel that he left on the machine he had just used and left to go to a nearby machine. His answer was priceless - "I want to keep that machine clear so I can go back and use it after I finish with this machine." I did not bother to respond further with him. How can one teach manners to someone so inconsiderate of others in a public gym where we all pay a fee to use the gym? Periodically, he was sitting at each machine while texting and talking on his phone. But, he did not seem to be "flirting" with anyone in the gym.
  17. Different strokes for different folks!
  18. This will not work. I use Uber often in different foreign countries and occasionally in the U.S. In my Uber profile is my personal information including a credit card number and my personal address where I live. My Uber file also includes a listing of the countless trips I made in the past, showing the pickup location and the drop off location and the amount of the trip. There is no way that I would allow rentmen to have access to the information contained in my Uber account. On the other hand, in the past, I sent an Uber to a provider's place which allowed me to retain my privacy.
  19. I do not believe in violence but in the case of the guy who tried to scam you by offering you $26, I think the guy needed a punch in the nose. His behavior was inexcusable. $26 dollars. What an insult. It is no wonder you are so cautious about new clients.
  20. I think your communication with prospective clients is reasonable. However, I would not be comfortable giving an escort, that I did not previously meet, my photo and other personal data about me (as requested by you in one of your messages to a prospective client - see photo of your response below). What about anonymity? Other than the above issue, I can commiserate with the difficult back and forth you must endure with prospective clients.
  21. You are a bright guy. I thought you already knew that common sense is not common.
  22. ???? Do you know that potato chips and French fries are also potatoes? The study was not debunked. I also was in denial about the numerous articles I read about the fact that many non sugar foods convert to sugar in the body after being consumed. It was not until I accompanied a good friend to his neurologist that I sat in on a discussion my friend had with his doctor warning my friend about the severe diabetic neuropathy he developed, likely in part, caused by the non sugar foods he ate. As difficult as it is to accept, it is more difficult to ignore countless medical studies that conclude that many food items (that are not sugar) get converted to sugar after being eaten. If we are lucky, the wise, knowledgeable and prolific poster known as @unicorn will bless us with his opinion on this subject.
  23. Very misleading? Here is a link to a Harvard University study that essentially says what I stated about potatoes: Many other everyday foods also convert to sugar in the body after eaten. https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/2014/01/24/the-problem-with-potatoes/ Until recently, I had no idea that many common foods get converted to sugar after eaten. If you do a search for the subject, you will see that my initial post is not misleading.
  24. Many people do not realize how bad sugar is on the body. Sugar can cause excess body weight and eventually cause diabetes and neuropathy after several years of consuming too much food that the body converts to sugar. Neuropathy can lead to amputations of limbs. To make it even more difficult to understand, many foods that people think do not contain sugar, are converted to sugar after being eaten. Who would think that rice, spaghetti, pasta, potatoes and many other non sugary foods would be converted to sugar after we eat the food? Here is a list of just some common non sugary foods that get converted after we eat them: Foods That Turn Into Sugar Potatoes (white and sweet) Breakfast cereals. Soda and fruit drinks. White sugar. Candy and desserts. White and brown rice. Fruit.
  25. A. E. Housman - 1859-1936 When I was one-and-twenty I heard a wise man say, ‘Give crowns and pounds and guineas But not your heart away; Give pearls away and rubies But keep your fancy free.’ But I was one-and-twenty, No use to talk to me.
