Anyone feel like a lot of providers are rude via text?
coriolis888 replied to INQUIRER1's topic in The Deli
Good for you. If more clients did what you do, pompous escorts would do without a chunk of money that they could have earned by being civil to those who have questions. Calling potential clients "time wasters" tells us how big an ego a potential provider possesses. -

Reasonable people can disagree. I disagree with your position. Thanks for expressing yourself. -

Many professions that rely on advertising get a lot of calls that do not end up resulting in a client being hired. It just goes with the territory. In our firm, we hire special "secretaries" to screen out" callers that likely would not result in becoming a client of the firm. However, the secretary is not rude in the screening process. A lone individual, like an escort, having to screen calls and messages has a more difficult and time consuming job. However, to categorize many potential clients as "time wasters" is like throwing away money and a good possible client. -

- If you contact to hire an attorney or designer or any other high hourly rate person (like a provider or escort), and if you get called a "time waster" by the person you are considering hiring, you have to wonder how the person failed to learn basic communication or marketing skills. You also have to wonder why you bothered to call such a rude individual. Statistically, there likely are some time wasters but I do not believe there are as many as claimed by the many "rude" providers falsely alleging their precious time is wasted by people contacting them with useless questions or "time wasting" questions. Civility is a two-way street. -

Yes, the imaginary "time waster" label gets used again. A product is being sold (escort services). If more than a few questions are asked by the client concerning details of the potential encounter, the client is labeled a time waster. Too often, something is out of sync. -
Lucky you!

What fond memories I have of Stella's. The guys that were called hustlers in those days (not called escorts or providers), were of all types. Most of the time the place was packed with handsome men who offered their services to anyone who had money to spare and a request for their company. Who would have thought that Stella's would go out of business? Those who frequented the place thought it would last forever. I do not recall any brothels nearby Stella's or anywhere in the Village. There were other hustler bars in the city and in most major cities in many parts of the world. We thought would exist forever. One by one, in all cities in the U.S. hustler bars disappeared. In some foreign counties there still exist hustler bars.

While Villa Giani in London is still alive and well, the other place you mentioned - Boys Club 21 in Amsterdam- is not doing well according the the following reviews: https://amsterdam.gaycities.com/bars/1826-boysclub

Sometimes reading the full narrative in reviews saves you a big headache if the escort has a habit of causing trouble. Looking at how many stars the review shows does not tell enough. I have seen reviews with five stars but a narrative telling about the escort being a thief. The written narratives tell a lot, usually.

The escort in this ad ( https://rentmen.eu/AmazonStallion ) has been a rentmen advertiser for fourteen months. He has only one review at the beginning of his association with rentmen. He seems to travel the world. In his narrative with rentmen, he talked about joining the army in Europe but he is a Brazilian. He is supposedly traveling to Los Angeles next month and is currently in Switzerland. Anyone have any experience with this guy? Something about the ad just does not seem right.

Why Do Some Providers Avoid RM Messages?
coriolis888 replied to Philly50's topic in Questions About Hiring
It often seems that the escort/provider's approach to clients is backwards when trying to obtain a client. If a client were to go to a store to buy an item that was somewhat unique to the buyer, the salesperson at the store would answer all questions the potential buyer would ask. However, with an escort provider, a few "to-the-point" questions categorizes the client as a "time waster" in the opinion of the provider. Without a client's questions to the provider being answered makes me wonder how many potential provider/client meetings never take place because the provider thinks he is being asked too many questions by a "time waster". -
Use this link - https://hidester.com/proxy/ Enter the link of a particular escort/provider in the place where it says to enter an address. You will be able to see all the reviews that are blocked to the U.S.A. Blocked because of warped do-gooders in power of making silly laws.

Anyone interested should use a VPN to read the narratives on his rentmen reviews. He has some good reviews but, according to one of the reviews, his obsession with his telephone during a meeting is quite a bit over the top.

Your paid speaking engagements are not illegal. You can draw up a contract and legally enforce payment. A provider (escort) is running against the wind in that what he is doing is illegal for him and for his client. Unenforceable contracts = no contract = no analogy. Sorry to punch a hole in your balloon thus deflating your side of defending the alleged mistreatment of providers.

The "luck of the draw" was not on your side that day. It must have been a hell of a frightening thing with that incident. Currently, in large Brazilian cities there are many police walking around on foot that prevents that sort of robbery. Police in Brazil think nothing of shooting at someone they think is robbing or hurting tourists. Tourist money means a lot to Brazil.

I am sorry to read that you had your bad experience with a gun in Brazil. I travel often to Europe and to Brazil. The only time I ever had a gun pulled on me was not in Europe or Brazil. It was in Manhattan, New York. In short, terrible things can happen anywhere. If your number comes up, it comes up. Regardless of where you are at any given time. Luck is a strange thing.

Of course not. Six posts up line, someone made a ridiculous statement claiming that the gays in Brazil are living in fear because of the former president of Brazil and his dislike for gays. Several posts were made to put the erroneous post to an end. Brazil is fun and a good place. In fact, I return again to Brazil at the end of this month.

I first knew him from Brazil, years ago. He now lives in Hollywood, California and travels to New York fairly often. He has lived in the U. S. for quite a while (several years). Even if he still charges his rate of $400, if you do not meet him at his place, he will expect you to send an Uber for him and return. One of the best providers you will find.

The act of asking for deposits and/or money on arrival is not a scene set for a pleasant encounter. Showing the provider that you have the money set aside for him should be more than enough for the provider to continue on with the scheduled appointment without the provider taking the money in advance. It is when agreements change on arrival and the provider insists on being paid before rendering any service is when the pleasant mood of a client changes to something negative, far less than was expected from the provider. As to providers supposedly not being paid by clients after a date is scheduled is highly suspect. That might happen on a rare occasion but likely, if it did happen, the provider is omitting something that he did that caused the client to leave the encounter without paying. I know of one client who answered an ad and went to the apartment of the provider. When the client got to the provider, the person answering the door was not the person shown in the photos in the rentmen ad. The client left without any physical contact with the provider and did not pay anything. The client later wrote a negative review on rentmen about the bogus provider. The provider responded by ignoring the fact that his ad included fake photos. All the provider said was that the client was a crook and did not pay for his services. Why should a client pay if he immediately leaves after seeing that the person answering the door is not the person in the advertisement?

Like so many other providers that insist on deposits or payments in advance.
