I’ve begun seeing a young guy from Seekingarrangement who works at the front desk of a luxury property here and I asked him about this. He said that he’s never heard of anything actually happening between a staff member and guest and the employees are told that any sort of engagement with guest beyond professional courtesy would lead to immediate termination. Apparently F & B managers keep an eye out for anyone gone for an unusually long time or being on property after the end of their shift. He also told me that, as someone else posted, they do keep records on guests and make that available to other properties under their brand. He said that it’s mainly to help deal with guest complaints- if you’ve had a room A/C problem in the past, for example, they really want to make sure it never happens again - but also guests who are problematic are noted and flagged. (I was also surprised at the level of compensation that front line employees are pre-authorized to give for guest problems.) Still, maybe being in the right place at the right time could yield a surprise. Who knows.

I get that a bit... what’s creepy is when you start getting emails asking for explicit details of a meeting. One guy was getting a little persistent and so I found a Pornhub 90 minute compilation of cum shots and sent him the link and told him I videoed our session. He never emailed me again.

Frankly, lottery tickets are more predictable but it's fun to watch your balance bounce around like a ping pong ball in a paint can shaker. I think the real value is in learning about risk and putting your tolerance for it into perspective. There was a big dust-up this weekend and it's really fun to watch. (Side note: this kid on Seekingarrangement tried to get me to invest in a cryptomining scheme he had. I had to break the bad news that it was an extraordinarily bad idea unless he was planing on moving to Mongolia - which does me zero good because he was a cutie. )

The title of this thread is misleading.

The whole radio-silence flake thing is kind of annoying. EDIT - Brief synopsis: Emailed Kade on RM Nov 6 & suggested a 2-hr mtg the following day at a certain time in the early afternoon. Email hasn't been opened as of 11/13. Texted Kade Nov 11 suggesting meeting 11/13. He responded that my date & time was OK; his incall location was given as a broad section of town. Texted him 11/13 early in AM to confirm and get location; no response. Sent a couple of other texts thru the day. I've not heard anything from him as of this posting. EDIT: received text at 9pm - “I’m sorry “ EDIT EDIT: Feb 2 - received an unsolicited RM email from him opening his private gallery. Almost 3 months later. Mystifying. I may be too fussy but I really have a difficult time dealing with poor communications. This may be setting the professionalism-bar too high, but if I accepted a proposal from one of my clients and then went dark I'd lose my reputation very quickly. Besides, I think it's simply discourteous. And what if he'd required a deposit? Where would I be? He may very well be a wonderful person and terriffic escort but unfortunately I'm unable to pass along any experiential support for that.

I begin to become uneasy when someone I plan to meet can’t/won’t text me. I saw a Czech guy visiting Miami a few weeks ago who didn’t have a means of texting and I wouldn’t have committed to the appointment after the first couple of RM emails had he not been vouched-for by someone here.

Sometimes - it’s depends on the circumstance. But it seems a little odd if I have two metaphorical apples in my hand and someone else has none for me to not give him one.
