I didn’t see the point of updating this post every time Ian and I meet up, but I figure after every five or so is good.
I met with him yesterday, and that was about the fifth time since my prior post above (we’ve met about 15 times total).
I’ll be 63 years old in two months, and I can truly say Ian has proven to be the most perfect fit for me of anyone I’ve ever met, be it professional or personal before I started hiring in 2004.
We will have soon known one another for a year, and he has made it one of the happiest years of my life!

Thanks for all the feedback!  I disagree with it not smelling and, a minute after he left, I opened my rear patio door, placed a large powerful fan at the furtherest left, turned it on to the highest level and let the fan run for three hours (in mid-July with stifling heat so out went cool A/C air too).
As I indicated, as much as I detest smoking, I’ll take that over vaping for damn sure!

Just curious.  For clients who screen prospective providers seeking non-smokers, do you view the massive craze among younger folk toward vaping to be just as problematic for your own taste?
I ask because I recently hired a provider who responded "no" to smoking.  Then, after what was an otherwise gratifying session, he proceeded to vape in MY apartment without even asking if I minded.  I most certainly did mind and, furthermore, doing so violates the terms of my lease agreement!
Since I knew he would be gone within five minutes (which he was), I peacefully let him exit without knowing that he and I were done ever meeting again.  We used to meet regularly years ago, but he didn't vape back then.  I know he wondered how soon our next session would be and, while I didn't tell him why, I informed him soon after that meeting that I had no intention of rehiring him.
I also contacted Rentmen and asked if they could modify the question on "Smoking," to "Smoking/Vaping," especially given the exponential rise in vaping among the younger generation.  They responded that they would take my recommendation under advisement.
I'm just curious if others who have a strong preference for non-smoking providers may view vaping as equally unappealing, or for me, even worse than smoking.

I was visiting Houston in September 2024 for an ophthalmologist appointment, so I reached out to him to pursue meeting.  He quoted me $300 for an hour, which I agreed to.
I gave him the address to the hotel a full eight (8) days prior to our meeting.  Nevertheless, one hour before our scheduled meeting, he texted me and stated that, because of the distance he would have to travel (citing that “you’re not in Houston, you’re in Cypress”- an unincorporated part of Houston), he would have to charge an additional $100 (so the rate became $400 for an hour) AND he would require a $100 deposit before he would head my way.
I told him we needed to just call it off.  He immediately said he would “waive” the additional $100 charge but nevertheless would require the deposit.
I told him I do not remit deposits.  He responded tersely, “next time stay closer to Houston.”  I responded, “Where it concerns you and me, there won’t be a “next time.”  There hasn’t been nor will there ever be.

Here are my recent interactions with Aaron:
==>  We connected directly and agreed upon the rate,
==> He confirmed he'd be in New Orleans, asked for my address, and he said he'd send his hotel details upon arrival (I also offered to host if he preferred),
==> He had his "available now" indicator active the whole time he was in New Orleans, but he never followed up at all or sent me the address,
==> This morning his profile showed him in Houston with no cancellation or explanation to me.
 

I make an eight-hour (each way) bus ride very frequently to see https://rent.men/Ian_Twink.  I just spend two nights at a hotel when I do.  I see him on the day in between the days I travel (typically seeing him on a Friday).
Also, whenever he is in Houston (like last weekend), I just book a round trip ticket for the same day.  Houston is a five-hour bus ride each way, so round trip plus spending an hour with him does make for a long day, but, as far as I am concerned, he is well worth EVERY second of time I spend making my way to him and back because I KNOW I’ll never find anyone else who makes me as happy as he does (and he is THE best I’ve ever found in 22 years)!!

Just finished round two, and he was absolutely fantastic!!!!!

He is visiting my hometown tonight, and we just met, and he was absolutely fantastic, so much so that we are going to meet again at my apartment tomorrow morning as he heads to New Orleans!
I NEVER have someone who appeals to me to visit my city, so this was a real treat!  I just made another eight-hour (each way) bus ride to Austin to visit with Ian last weekend.  This outing was all of a 20-minute drive.  Talk about two ends of the spectrum in terms of time spent on my end.  😀😀.
One of the reviewers on the masseur site said his translator came in handy and was fun.
He has very basic English skills, but when we finished, he really wanted to tell me something.  He put it in his translator and pressed the play button, and it said, “You are my first customer who has a big smile on his face while having pain inflicted (my turnons are being spanked, worshipping feet, and having my face sat upon).  Those three activities are all I ever have done in 22 years of meeting guys, and I “take care of things” once alone again.  He was GREAT at all three, and he definitely understood the English of me telling him how hot he is as we did all three, and he said, “thank you.”  He is very, very seeet and his text message correspondences before we met were always very courteous and professional.
I know I’m not the typical client, but I can assure @francisssgorg that there was nothing boring about the encounter I just enjoyed with this young man, and I look very forward to seeing him again in about 17 hours to do it all over again only this time with me merely having to open my front door and welcome him in!

I finally met Luke and we are having a great time.  I’m glad I finally have someone in NOLA to refer guys to when they’re traveling here 

He was what lacks in NOLA - sobriety, intelligence and maturity.    We struck instant rapport and he’s very soft to cuddle with and talk to 

Well, NOW someone can give feedback, and that someone is ME, and he was absolutely fantastic!!
He just left my hotel room, and we had a great time!!
He was very prompt and professional in all communication, and he noted right off the bat that we had “common interests.”  That makes a meeting all the more fun when you know the provider is enjoying the activity you’re engaging in!
I highly recommend and definitely will be repeating because Amtrak is very convenient for me being able to get to Birmingham!!

I tend to carry it to the extreme and focus on only one provider unless and until something happens that causes that one provider no longer be available.  
When what used to be my “home market” of New Orleans had great selection 20 years ago, I would often meet with several providers, but since New Orleans became (and remains) a T-Total disaster for what I’m looking for, I started looking for the closest option.  
Recently, that led me to finding the best provider I’ve ever encountered in my 22 years of hiring, albeit an eight (8) hour bus ride each way.
Right now, he’s on a brief hiatus that I hope doesn’t last too much longer 😄.
