A comparison of taxi vs. uber for recent trip to/from airport:
 
To airport:
Opened up uber app.
Car arrived within a few minutes and I could follow its progress the whole time.
Driver was pleasant and friendly. He drove like a sane person.
Ride to airport was less than $8 (plus I tipped $5). This was a "pool" ride so I shared the car with two other people. But since I was last to be picked up we went straight to the airport.
 
From the airport:
Since uber can't pick up from LAX (I believe), I had to wait for a taxi.
So, I joined the sad queue of tired/cranky people. No way to know how soon another taxi would arrive and how long we'd have to wait.
Wait was bearable. Less than 15 min.
Driver was surly and a pain in the ass. Didn't bother to listen to my directions then complained about the way the GPS took him. He drove like a taxi driver (scary).
Far was $37 including tip.
 
uber wins this round. I hope they can make pickups at the airport soon.

Here, the ABS (Australian Bureau of Statistics) which produces the consumer price index (CPI ) figures weights the figures according to how often you make whatever purchase they are looking at. They also produce two figure, an underlying rate that deletes volatile items like fresh fruit and vegetables and fuel, and a headline rate that includes them. It also produces an inflation rate that looks at the sort of things that seniors buy. Government pensions here are actually indexed to 25% of average male earnings, not CPI.

To their credit, all other escorts I've hired have never done this. When talking about their career in escorting they only speak of positive encounters and the men they service.

I'm of the school that believes that the escort needn't be warned/informed. Two reasons:
 
1. As JD has pointed out, a quality, professional escort shouldn't care.
 
2. It is very difficult to tell an escort that you're overweight without coming across as having self confidence issues. I believe that while extra weight may be unattractive, low self confidence is 10 times more unattractive. If you walk into an escort appointment carrying yourself like you are the sexiest man alive, a good escort will pick up on that energy and roll with it. I'm not suggesting that you be cocky or arrogant, but just confident. On some level, I think we all expect an escort to do a little acting to make us feel sexier than perhaps we are; as clients, we can play the supporting role.

If your of an escort who enjoys what he does, and enjoys his time with his clients - it shouldn't matter if the client is overweight or not.
 
A "true and humble" escort doesn't and shouldn't discriminate over size, race, or creed of any kind.

'warn' implies that it is a negative ... I would rather 'inform' than 'warn'.
