  1. Great for salmon @ 425 degrees.
  2. I do have issues, even though I’m not a provider. 25 mg. of Benadryl is a huge help. Even with the Benadryl, more often than not, I need extra help. I listen to sleep stories in the Calm app and the right ones can put me out in no time. My current favorite is narrated by a gorgeous Spanish guy with a hypnotic voice that lulls me to sleep in minutes.
  3. I don't shower before but I do a PTA bath.
  4. The NAACP has issued a travel advisory for people of color and LGBTQ people. If that didn't make you think about leaving Florida, I don't know what would.
  5. Oscar Wilde - It's an odd thing, but anyone who disappears is said to be seen in San Francisco. It must be a delightful city and possess all the attractions of the next world.
  6. True - who would have thought.
  7. A provider I got together with told me I simple had to visit there - that it was the Palm Springs of the Southeast.
  8. At Kaiser, I've been given the label "high-risk." I looked up to see what that actually means and it doesn't mean that I'm likely to fall over dead at any second - it just means that I cost them a lot. I guess it's those three spine surgeries.
  9. If possible he should try to work with an agent he has a relationship with. Since I have changed practice areas maintining prior acts coverage was going to be tricky. I was thinking I was going to have to change agents, but just in case, I called my agent. It turned out to be as tricky as I was afraid it would be, but she got it done. In fact, I probably ought to send her a present.
  10. Set priorities. Marshall resources. I have an accountability coach who helped me with this a lot in the past year when my energy level was so unpredictable. By proritizing and making the most of energy peaks, I was able meet all my deliverables and keep by business going.
  11. Aww,. thank you.
  12. Yes - my hemo switched me from Xarelto to Eliquis for that reason.
  13. I had a pair. I really liked them, but I didn't pay enought for them. They wore out very quickly. I used them to rehab from a spine surgery.
  14. Thx Marco. Nobody should know better than you.
  15. I'm a competitive bodybuilder - I don't think I would have achieved what I have without trainers, coaches, etc. Whenever somebody asks me about competing - My first question is "Do you have a coach?" The answer is always "no," so my single piece of advice is "Get one."
  16. I do just what you do. Mostly, I keep it to guys in my area, but when I come across a guy anywhere who makes me think "Damn!!!, I add him, just in case. Occassionally I go through and prune. I don't have a long list though - maybe 25 or 30 guys.
  17. My avatar is an actual photo of me. I have had a series of health challenges that have taken their toll on my physique. I'm not ashamed of my present condition, but I certainly am eager to get on the road back to my former self.
  18. If I really wanted to get together with him, I wouldn't want to pass him by just because he says he is open to P&P. If he had to be cranked in order to play, I think I would say no. But if it was one among a variety of services and it wasn't a requirement and otherwise the impression was good, I might take a chance on him. So much conversation about P&P is tinged with that reflexive attitude that the client is a victim of the provider. One time, I drove a long way to get together with a guy and, when I got there, he was clearly cranked on meth. I chatted with him for a few minutes, told him I didn't think it would work and left.
  19. Now who could you be talking about?
  20. He radiates confidence - I think he would be very easy to be around. I wasn't that into him when he was younger, but he makes a great HOM (hot older man).
  21. I assumed he's taken up shaving. I like the way I look shaved too, but it's a lot of work.
  22. He just keeps on keeping on . Love his muscular build and smooth skin.
  23. might not be right for you. they send you the groceries and you fix the food. Each meal takes about 30 min to prepare.
  24. We like Hellofresh - been using them for 5-6 years. Every time a new one comes along, I try them, but I always go back to Hellofresh.
  25. I think I would drink the right guy's pee. I have a fantasy where I'm sitting between a guy's legs and he lays his half-hard dick in my mouth and lets his pee dribble down my throat. The right guy hasn't happened yet. I asked my husband but it turned him off.
