These days, shots are done differently than they used to be. Ten years ago, it was common to get a single shot of 200 mg. of testosterone every two weeks, for which you had to go into a doc's office. The interval in between shots was so long that a guy's testosterone level fluctuated wildly between shots. So he alternated between feeling fabulous and feeling like hell. Now, most guys do their own shots at more frequent intervals. I do a shot of 50 mg of testosterone cypionate twice per week - which completely smooths out the peaks and valleys.
